I like the location because it is close to Victoria Station. |The main reason I chose this hotel was it is walking distance from coach station. I think it is about 10 minutes walking.|There are so many options to eat nearby apart from the shops at the Victoria station..|There are so many cafes and shops nearby (on Warwick Wy), including Nero, Tesco and Sainsbury.... and more ! Read moreThe hotel is very well located, easy walking distance to Victoria Station or to the Thames. The (small) room was clean and the bathroom was renovated and very nice. Breakfast is served in a renovated room, as well. I would like to point out a few things that are not very clear from the hotel description (here, at Google maps) that are not bad, but might help other travelers chose the proper hotel.

However once by daughter had a brief 3 minute shower if was clear that the smell was down to the either blocked or most ridiculously slow draining shower drain. So slow infact that the whole bathroom floor flooded- breaching the door and absorbing in the carpet of the bedroom. The kettle also was faulty with both cracked plastic on the wires itself but also it leaked each use meaning boiling water ran out of the handle. Basic amenities were also lacking, no spoons available in the room to make hot drinks, cups weren’t very clean either. |All this information was relayed to the reception staff on check-out but they didn’t seem overly concerned- stating they would ensure it was all looked into but as I said with obvious damage to the doors and carpet it’s clear they have no intention to...
