Super easy to check in/out with text message and a pin to the door. I think my main plus is that you are in a great location - walking distance to the park and back bay station. It was quite clean, but could use some fresh paint in the bathroom and rooms. My room felt safe with two door locks - included a tiny fridge, microwave, towels, bedlinens, TV, WiFi. The floor I was on shared a bathroom with four other rooms/units.

Disliked · It could use a touch up to just freshen up the rooms. Also, if you don't mind noise, you'll be fine. I could hear the doors closing/opening but also when people would walk up the stairs. Also, Friday night was more noisy as well. Also, the water in the shower wasn't too warm or even there at all. For the price you pay though and the old building - I think it evens out. No elevator in my building, so if you are on the top floor be prepared to get some exercise walking up with...

Experience was not good and so was the host. The room is facing the train tracks and the highway so you get noise for most of the night and very early in the morning. The bed in the room is not for a person 6 foot tall. Don't get book and get locked in because there is no reasonableness on the host end and you have no way out but to cut your losses. Totally mis-represented as a clean and updated room . Paint peeling. Dirty countertop, ac unit plugged into a flimsy power cord not rated for the load a definite fire code violation and DANGEROUS!! No bed tables or lamps only ceiling light which is a pain at night . Dirty bathroom mirror and shower . Floors are dirty with paint stain. I wish I never...
