We always shop locally when we can. We bought our daughters mattress here about 6 years ago

We are moving and decided to buy mattress locally for our new Apartment.

Big mistake. They are aggressive up sellers.

I went in one day to buy a new mattress and they wanted me to put down a deposit to hold the mattress because they were short stocked. I politely declined.

Went back a week later and suddenly the mattress the salesman wanted a deposit for was 'toxic" because of a class action lawsuit.

But, he would love to get me into a better mattress (300 more expensive).

So, my wife had already set up two mattresses, so I ordered one.

I gave them my number to call for delivery on two mattresses and a hold one one.

So, they called my wife and said they were delivering the mattress on hold the next day.

So, I had to spend time cleaning up their mistakes.

Then we were supposed to have two mattresses delivered the next day around 10;30.

They called my wife, not me, and said they were at the apartment. I dropped my shopping and ran over.

They only had one mattress and the guys laughed at me.

I made them call the warehouse and the dispatcher said, " You're supposed to have a queen and a full.' They just laughed and left.

Then my wife received a call saying the other mattress would be there later today.

Moving is stressful enough without having to deal with unprofessional...

My hot wife and I were in and out in 13 minutes. 2 minutes for BRANDON W to guide us to what we were looking for. Another 2 minutes to connect and make us feel like family (it’s Asia Pacific Islander Heritage month after all) and emphasize why sleep is so important; not only for professional athletes (aka Ricky Carmichael). I even had time to have a cup of fresh brewed breakfast blend coffee, and be tempted with complimentary breakfast bars and Rice Krispie treats.

BRANDON W gave a us a great deal, on par with our last purchase 8 years ago! He even gave us a way to extend our warranty and enjoy a new mattress cover. We appreciated his candor in not upselling us the silver plated bead threading (wow, silver) and still felt like we were going to sleep like royalty. He is quite the mattress history nerd, and appreciated his enthusiasm for King Karpen.

On a whim, I walked into this location thinking "I'm not ready to buy my mattress right now" but wanted to get an idea of the type of mattress I was going to buy soon. Met Kevin at the door, game him a rough idea of what I was looking for and we were off.

Now, laying on a bed in front of somebody while they're trying to explain the benefits of the mattresses can feel a little odd, but Kevin made me feel totally comfortable and allowed me to roll around, and lay to my heart's content. I found one so comfortable that I decided not to wait, and even better, the mattress will not get sucked flat for delivery!!

They even offer zero percent if you can pay within twenty four months which is amazing because obviously this is a large purchase; prices I can definitely handle without getting interest tacked on! 10 year warranty... I mean, really tell me when you want me to stop.

Thank you to Kevin and Chris for your incredible customer service and for making the process super easy on me. Super psyched to get my old mattress picked up and my new one dropped off this...
