DO NOT GO TO THIS SUBWAY. Honestly, if I could give this subway less than 1 star, I would. This experience has ruined Subway for me forever, and ultimately I will never eat from this establishment ever again. I begin ordering my sandwich. I am offered a variety of meats ranging from turkey to salami. Turkey sounded awesome, so I went ahead and ordered that. But wait, I’m told that there is no more turkey! Seconds after being offered turkey. Oh well I guess i’ll just order a different meat. I then move on to the different toppings only for the employees to inform me that there is no longer a Build Your Own option. So I am unable to choose what I want on my own sandwich? That’s odd I don’t recall Subway ever making that change. Even after all of this, I let it slide and go to pay for my food. I get my receipt back only to see that I’ve been charged for 2 sandwiches. I only ordered 1 sandwich but I was charged for 2? Did they order one for themselves? By this point I just want to go home and enjoy my food. The cashier starts processing my refund for the other sandwich I NEVER ordered. I paid with card but I got my change in cash? The change I received wasn’t even the right amount. I can see why this person is working at subway and not going to school. I honestly didn’t even want to make anymore fuss over a dollar so I took my change and left. Overall, unacceptable environment at this Subway. Let me not forget to mention how unsanitary the dining room looked and how unprofessional the employees acted towards me. Read moreWent in to buy breakfast this morning but I wanted to wash my hands first and your employee couldn’t have been more snotty. “It’s (bathroom code) on the bottom of your receipt. Sorry that’s company policy.” Fine if your company policy is to spread germs, good enough. Then I asked if you sell coffee. “No,” she said. Then I spotted your empty coffee pot. “Well, we stopped selling it 4 days ago because it doesn’t sell.” Well, I was just going to buy some and a sandwich but I bought nothing instead due to the entirety rude attitude. I’m quite sure that was the result the employee was looking to accomplish. I suggest firing this person and hiring someone new at a much higher wage. Make sure they have a work ethic and customer service skills. Lying to people out of laziness is very poor customer service. The proper response would have been to ask if I was going to make a purchase? Then give me the code to the bathroom. As far as the coffee goes, the proper response would have been, “As soon as I finish with this customer, I can make some.” There used to be a black kid who used to work at this location who was awesome. Read moreI encountered the rudest employee here! It’s starts off with me placing an online order that they canceled because they only had three slices of bread left. She says she calls me and reads off come number that is not mine (it’s the stores phone number) I ask her if she can just make my sandwiches because there were three sandwiches and three slices of bread. Claims she has to call her manager. Lies to her manager saying I want her to make my sandwiches for free and that I am raising my voice at her and she is not “trying to get yelled at so she is just making my sandwiches.” She starts trying to make sandwiches and I try to tell her that for future, the number she found on the receipt is the store number not the customers.
