I went last night to pick up two bracelets that they were attaching charms to. As I parked in front of the door I noticed a lot of sales people Stone around, as I got to the door I noticed it was locked looked at my watch it was 8:03. By the time I got to the door the sales people around the door had already scattered, nobody looked at me I felt like a ghost. But one woman in the back motion with her finger across her throat as if cutting her throat. I'm guessing that's the way she said they are closed that I was too late! I didn't know they closed at 8 pm. I couldn't believe they were so rude as not to at least motion with their mouth that they were closed. I thought it was extremely rude because when their doors are open they are friendly I'm so helpful but once the doors are closed once it's closing time they will turn their backs on you like you do not exist. I've never felt so small in my entire life! I spoke today as I picked up my charms and bracelet to the manager name Laura. she said she told the other manager about it and that was it. There are no hours posted on the door. Very...

Read moreI loved the atmosphere, it took awhile before someone came to greet and explain how this work. The young lady helped us with what we were looking for. My husband and I were looking for our twin granddaughters first piece of jewelry and wanted something that wouldn’t fall off. She gave us great advice on getting an extra clasp to help prevent that. After picking out charm bracelet and 3 small charms we were ready to check out. I kept telling the clerk these were birthday presents, I thought since she didn’t make any other suggestions I would get the bracelets in their own box. All I got was the bracelets each in a plastic bag as if they had gotten repaired. Almost $400 dollars and nothing! If they had told me I had to pay for a box at checkout I would have paid then. I waited almost 7 hours to pick up the plastic baggies with my granddaughters 1st James Avery bracelets. It left...
