Went to this location before 6P for a steak bowl. Waited in a very long line to place order. The young staff clearly need much more training, understanding of customer service and supervision of an on-site manager. As I approached to finally place my order, they began to yell out all of the items they did not have. The only proteins left were chicken and barbacoa. Customers were asking how long the wait would be for steak, carne asada & pork, & the young staff said that the meats will not be replaced tonight - that when it's gone, it's gone. My question is if your location is open until 10P, and you're out of the majority of your food items, and not planning to replenish, why stay open!? Close at 6. Have your staff prep and prepare the missing items instead of standing around yelling about what they cannot give the customers. If that is not bad enough, the staff literally slopped stuff in customers' bowls and over/into other food items below. I unwisely got the barbacoa (1 of the 2 protein options left). I had to wait to pay as a customer wanted a receipt and it took 3 staff and quite some time to put new paper into the register. Apparently prior to this person, receipts were not being offered. As I stood waiting, I watched the one staff wipe the counter of numerous items that coated it, with his gloved hands, and he pushed it all into the mild salsa tray 😳!! He continued to handle food & serve customers afterwards. I was going to just toss my food there, but brought it home. When I opened it, I found that it was icy cold (maybe the meat, corn or tomatoes came directly from the freezer!??) & the barbacoa was one big unedible hunk of meat, held together by a very long stringy piece of muscle/fat (?), that was several inches long! Thank goodness noone ate this, as it was disgusting and a huge choking hazard! I did throw out at home. The food was not edible and likely not prepared and served in a safe & sanitary manner. The whole experience turned my stomach! I called the customer service number on the receipt and they said that they would return my money for the order. I hope that their regional manager gets in there and makes some significant improvement in food availability, quality and staff training. At least 16 times and counting; maybe TLC should do a TV series about how impressive that is. I’ve never seen such ineptitude at any establishment in my life. I just finished writing my first negative review ever (for a different establishment), but since I’m on a roll, I might well dish it out to Chipotle as well. Now you might think I’m exaggerating here, but there has been over fifteen times this Chipotle has screwed up my order; DoorDash or Take-out mostly. And I’m not talking something small like forgetting sour cream. I once got a quesadilla with no cheese in it. How does that even happen? I got back in the car and drove it to the restaurant because I couldn’t believe I would get something like that. Sure, I always get a free meal or a refund or something, but I’m tired of it. I don’t want a free burrito coupon, I just want my meal to be right for once. I really don’t want to drive down to the one on 19 either, because I’m so close to this one. One night I ordered a burrito and got a bowl DoorDashed to me. Got a refund on the app and ordered another burrito, because that’s what I wanted. DoorDash guy brings me another bowl. Read moreI hate having to post a bad review but after giving this location multiple chances to redeem themselves, it’s only gotten worse. Today stopped around dinner time to be told they were out of several ingredients, almost all the meats and even cheese! You are a restaurant with only so many options to order so being out of half of those options is baffling. Prices have gone up while the service has gone down hill. Besides being out of ingredients they barely fill your bowl. It’s a constant ask to please add more. If I’m paying for a protein I expect there to be more meat than 2 or 3 bites. The place is a mess no one ever cleans, I am not even sure how the health dept hasn’t shut this location down yet. My family refuses to eat in their dining room as it’s always covered in food and trash. We won’t even discuss the bathrooms. Don’t even consider ordering online for pick up or that too will be a mess. Forgetting items on top of giving the smallest portion sizes I’ve ever seen along with stale tasting chips. Overall disappointed that the manager of this location doesn’t seem to care, it shows based on all of the horrible reviews and nothing is changing.
