Read moreAnytime that I leave a review, I always preface it by saying that it is meant to help the owners and operation of the business.
I just called this particular store to see if they had a particular item before going to the actual store. I made sure to call an hour after they opened and they didnât pick up the phone, so I decided to call them in the next hour. When I did call them, a woman answered, but she answered with something like, âWhat do you want?â No greeting, no âhelloââjust âWhat do you want?â
I told her the item that I was looking for, and it seemed like she didnât know about the items in the store and told me to come in to look. When I told her that I would come in, She just answered, âMm hmm, okayâ and hung up. I had another follow-up question for her.

Also, please do not hang up on your customers. This is rude and bad for business.
Again, I say this to help your business going forward and not to be rude. Thank you...
