Security was fantastic, and my victim advocate has been amazing and very helpful! However, the commissioner that I had to encounter for an emergency PFA was VERY unprofessional. Scoffing, and laughing when you’re trying to understand what they’re even asking you is HIGHLY inappropriate. As a young woman, who was anxious, nervous, and has never been in this situation before just trying to protect both my son and I, it was very overwhelming and you’d think that you would have a little bit more compassion for a victim and her child who is a victim as well, VERY dissatisfied and disappointed but I do thank her for granting my concern and wishes.. obviously if she granted it, she was just acting a certain type of way otherwise I wouldn’t have foreseen her granting it. I understand in that position you have to figure out what may be true and what may not be but I had even brought just some of the proof in pictures and WAS prepared. There was no reason for laughing and scoffing that’s very nasty in my eyes, especially being in the position that I am in. And if you’re just desensitized to those types of situations, well than maybe you need to look for a new career, or it’s time to retire. Chenitra Jack and Reggie Osborne were the absolute BEST when it came to customer service. Kind, communicative, and they made the process so smooth. HOWEVER the OTHER lady with the blonde hair that was working on the far left cubical where you file divorce papers; I went there on 16 March, she was so incredibly rude. She got snippy with me when I didn’t know where my petition number was located on the forms. She snatched the papers, and got irritated by each question I asked. This gave me such anxiety for going back, I was extremely hesitant… I did however inform both Miss Jack and Mr Osborne and they knew immediately who I was speaking of. I hate this place. Nothing is professional. The judge gets smart with you. Let the other person copy 50 pages of something not submitted on time. Nothing happens at the end and my kid still suffers . Besides that just a rude experience where if your a male nobody cares about you. I filed a case about my son getting mess I didn't approve. A whole year went by and I just canceled the order. Later on the judge said it ain't her fault their busy. I guess it's my son's fault or mine or the state. No responsibility. Next I had a phone teleconference where everything was solved then I got a letter in mail months later saying I have a court hearing. Which was more months away. This court and justice...
