Super Taco Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Everett

Ordered through UberEats. My smothered burrito was delicious. Ordered a strawberry banana "Milk shake" They were out of strawberries so just sent a banana "Milk Shake" instead, which I was ok with, except it was no "Milk Shake" It was just milk. Decided to drive the 3 minutes and have them remake it, and the lady behind the counter wouldn't even try to talk to me, just "I know what you want, I fix" After remaking it, noticing that it still was just flavored milk, she added ice to it and blended it some more, like I'm an idiot or something. Regardless, I'm positive I won't be ordering their "Milk Shakes" again. If you wanna sell smoothies, then call them smoothies. But don't try to pass what you're selling off as a "Milk Shake", because it's not. It seems as if the owners pay attention to these comments, so here is some advice. Go to McDonalds and order a shake. Look at the consistency and shoot for that. Use milk to to thin out your ice cream to the right texture, don't use milk and think adding a little ice cream...

First off they have a drive thru window but don't use it, they tell you to come inside and won't even take your order. I pull around and go inside and it's in a convenient store so I'm already skeptical. I order my food and it was more than what was posted on there online menu but I just figured screw it, it's just a dollar. The lady takes my order and is so rude didn't ask if I wanted anything else and just seemed irritated at me being there. She takes my card and there's no option to not tip so you have to press custom tip and type in 0.00 which was super awkward! She then tells me to sit and it will be a few minutes. I get my food fairly quickly and it's bad, it was small not worth 7$ and there was more cilantro and pico then anything else on that burrito! I don't usually leave bad reviews but the whole reason I went was the reviews weren't bad and every one seemed to like the food. HORRIBLE SERVICE, BAD FOOD and all around UNPLEASANT...

First off, I have been reviewing restaurants (no connection to any restaurant) for years now. Mexican food happens to be my favorite food. I've been all over the state of WA sometimes planning road trips around mexican restaurants that have good reviews. Other than one other spot a few miles from here, this is hands down one of the best burritos (steak) I've ever had for about the best price anywhere. So very friendly as well.
