I was in there earlier and there were boxes of La Rochere tumblers. I picked up the three boxes and went to check out. Two boxes were labeled $12.99 and one was labeled $24.99 I asked if they could honor the $12.99 price since it was the exact same item. Looking into it they realized that it was mislabeled and all three are $24.99. I asked them to honor the $12.99 price since it was mislabeled and deceptive. The managers claimed it was a customer switching tags and that they were tampered with. Even though two boxes were marked with the incorrect tag and box and tags seemed clean and untouched. It was obvious that it was intentionally priced that way and was an employee mistake. She then quickly made the new tags and switched them out and then proceeded to claim they were labeled correctly.
Furthermore another box of La Rochere dessert cups had a different item inside. I brought it to their attention and they just put it back on the shelf giving the illusion that the item inside is the same as the product box on the outside. La Rochere is a brand name, selling a knock off and claiming it as La Rochere is WRONG.
The issue here is not the $24.99 difference. It is the principle to which the company is portraying to their customers. It’s deceptive and false advertisement.
Other customers BEWARE of the item you are buying and its price. Check the product and compare the price to others on the shelf. I’m sure this isn’t the first time something like this has happened.
The entire situation was mishandled and they need to do better. For the meantime I will not be coming back to this...
Read moreCustomer service needs work. I came in here to look for chair covers with my mom and my mom asked a worker whom was just a security guard so he took her over to a sales associate and I could hear the associate two aisle down say “ WHAT! What do you want? I only work in this area” And the security says can you help answer a question so my mom began to ask if they carry chair covers and she goes “chair covers… no I don’t think anyone sales those anymore but you can check online” mind you this was our first time in here and probably will be our last time. Only one cashier was working on this day and prior to going to stand in line i heard her call for a second cashier but nobody came. Once someone came up there she told them my walkie died and I need backup, the girl goes “ humph next time call on the intercom if you need help next time” and begins to help ring people up. People with attitudes shouldn’t be working retail CUSTOMER SERVICE that clearly lacks...

Went to return a rug (with the baby and a stroller in other hand) that i bought few weeks ago. Manager yelled: “ WE WONT TAKE THIS RUG BACK”. Apparently she said it’s not their tag. I successfully returned at other Homegoods location. They also apologized for that manager.
Came again yesterday to return a bedding set that i bought two days ago. I opened it and there was a stain, it felt gross to put it back to the beg so i placed it to the white garbage bag. I lost my receipt but i had tag on the bedding bag. Manager said: “ we won’t take it it has a bad smell, we can’t resell it.” I told them: “ do you expect me to use it?” This is RIDICULOUS!!!! Why should somebody like this manager take my time and ruin my day? This is...
