The location here is another huge selling point.exclamation For this price, it's nearly impossible to beat. A Small Hiccup in the View

Unfortunately, they've started some construction on a new complex right in front of the mountain range! It's a bit of a bummer because it does partially block that once-panoramic vista.

Location is great. Unfortunately that was all what was positive. Unit we rented was very outdated and in need of fresh paint. Thermostat was at least 20 years old and tricky to use for temperature setting. Dishes in kitchen very basic. Small apliances in need of exchange. Microwave didnt really work, toaster was also working weirdly. Hot water kettle was completely useless, as we had to put mugs in sink in order to pour water from it as otherwise water was everywhere. Shelves and towels racks in bathroom were falling apart. Shower head in need of exchange. Sauna wasn't working whole time we were there. Elevator stopped working second day and wasn't fixed until we left. We had no idea what unit we will get until arrival, but in our reservation was supposed to be slope view and balcony. Came for vacation to ski. Most of the time there is no hot water to shower. I got lucky this morning at 11am and had hot water, all other times it’s been cold. There was a black hair on the toilet seat when we arrived so I don’t think the toilet was cleaned. The king size bed is mediocre and creeks a lot. The heater system doesn’t work. Luckily there is a gas fire place in the living room that gives off plenty of heat. Wi-Fi works and it’s a short walk to the gondola for skiing. I haven’t used the hot tub outside because our neighbors basically said since there is no hot water to shower they were getting in the hot tub… gross!
