No fault to some employees that actually cared and showed empathy, and an enormous amount of compassion toward us.
BUT You be the judge! Would you stay here again? NO! Also lots of little spiders.
We would like to say Thank You! To HK Mngr Betzaida and both HK ladies Noraima y Yaquelin. Their immediate love, care and attention to detail was amazing.
Upon arrival early morning we began having trouble with the door of our room. Front Desk stated, wait until the AM to resolve the issue. After Security opened the door for us, we step into our unit and noticed that it was filthy! The bathroom and the tub had dirty oily stains. The tub and shower walls had bloody mucous. The entire unit felt like we were at a sandy beach.
Called Ross - 3:30 AM Very Nice. Security is OTW to open the room. Jeanette - Very Nice We will notify HK of the room and bathroom being dirty. Lexus - Forgot to place locksmith order. Shakira - 12 Noon Stated, there is No Work order. Transferred to Giselle - Very Nice. Placed Work Order- Extremely Nice. She sent Miguel with new key cards. Miguel - New keys, but keys didn’t work. Sabrina - informed her of what was going on and that the New Key cards were still not working. Sabrina needs to learn customer service skills. Not Happy with her. After informing her that we had to clean the bathroom ourselves, her comment was “well since you already cleaned it, then all is good now”. Just wait until after 2pm for locksmith. She also stated that a Mngr had to go look and verify that the room was dirty. Betzaida - came to the unit, sent by Sabrina to verify cleanliness. She was blown away to see how disgusting the room was. See Pictures! Jose- Very Nice. showed up to fix sliding door not locking. Sabrina - we called front desk to inform her that Betzaida tried to re-key the key and it was not working. Spoke with Mngr Ariana, very nice. Sent Locksmith. Johnlit- Locksmith. Very Nice showed up and fixed the Keys and front door lock issues. Mngr Juan - 4pm -Front Desk Mngr called to apologize. Gave us $85 credit. WOW! We lost an entire day dealing with this unfortunate lack of professionalism and not to mention that we had to clean the bathroom at 5am in order to bathe our kids. What do you guys think? Fair? Read moreOk, so we got a friend's timeshare here. With a family of 4 we figured the one bedroom with a kitchen would be good. Upon arrival, check in at the front desk was a real gong show. After You check in then you are taken to another desk. That's the"sell you a time share" desk. Might as well just grab your keys and leave right after you get checked in. Cause when you get to the time share sales desk, they will PROMISE you the world. We went through the sales pitch, promised Half price to the water park here during your stay, cheaper tickets to attractions booked during your stay, free breakfast (that's a joke) and many other things. To be honest, I've had way better breakfasts at Super 8. Not kidding and they are a budget hotel. Attraction tickets can be purchased on the attractions websites at almost the exact same price. Anyhow, what you actually get is 1 day at the water park, here, at a discount. 24 hrs to buy all tickets for attractions. And the rooms are truly 1990ish? I'm writing this review from my room on the first floor with the patio door open right now.I can barley concentrate due to the 5 a.c. Condensers mounted within 3 feet of the patio.Yes, they are all running. It's like staying by the airport, on the runway. So old rooms, terrible customer service, lots of lies, pay by day, BY DEVICE, Wi-Fi, ($10 per device, per day) . Overall just a huge let down. We Asked front desk about our crappy room and was told we must have gotten an old building but nothing they could do, but during the time share sales pitch were told every building is completely remodeled every 5 years. Read moreThis place is dirty, we stayed in a two room villa. When we got there the floor was sticky, we only saw the maids once on our 8 night 9 day stay. The first night we were here, my daughter was sitting on our bed drinking chocolate milk when she spilled a little bit. On the one time the maid did come on day 3 however, they made the bed but did not change the sheets just wow! They also replaced the towels, but they were dirty and had make up stains on them. We are here now on day six and we still have not seen any more evidence of a maid coming in to clean our room, and we could not stand it anymore, so this morning my husband and I broke down and emptied the kitchen and bathroom trash, as it was starting to stink. We have also been washing the towels. I will also probably end up washing all of the sheets today as I doubt once again the maid will probably not come in. It is really sad and disappointing that I have to spend a good part of our vacation cleaning. Totally not worth saying here or the price. This resort is way overpriced and the only reason we stayed her to begin with was that we were promised Magic Kingdom tickets as well as a good deal on this room. So not a good deal, for sitting through their pathetic time share spill, and then they changed their minds and we did not get the Disney tickets either. Totally not worth it!
