GameStop — Local services in Hanford

One particular worker here needs to be trained better or fired. I'm an older gentleman and use games as a hobby to relax and help me cope with anxiety from an old occupation. This young lady treated me with disregard and disrespect. I didn't get her name, but all I remember is that she had blue streaks in her hair. I think it's not just this worker, but most of the staff here is incompetent and I'm not the only one that thinks so. I've spoken to other gamestop employees in other areas and they too have horror stories about how terribly managed this store is. I don't expect to be treated with kid gloves or special. All I'm asking for is common courtesy and professionalism. I am not the same age as these young people working here, so I do not need to be treated like I'm one of their peers. I don't know if this will get to anyone, but this needs to be addressed and I will be following up with corporate. I’ve preordered and have been placing money on my Switch 2 before the release on Thursday and the employees were very nice and helpful. Though when I first preordered my Switch 2 and tried to sell my Switch 1, when they looked at it and explained things that were wrong the feeling in the room felt a bit overwhelming and on edge since it seems a lot if not all of the employees were there and the employe that looked at it had a very straight and to the point tone. Wasn’t unfriendly but definitely a bit much, but to be fair I was nervous all day about getting my preorder and I’m sure the staff was just all hand on deck on that day and was making sure everything went smoothly enough. Honestly one of the best Gamestop stores I've been to. All the employees are very knowledgeable and have answers for all the many questions one may have about gaming, trading cards, pops, and even other collectibles available. If they don't, I'm sure they will help you until they figure out the answer. I definitely recommend this Gamestop.
