We came down to Hot Springs for anAaron Lewis concert at Oaklawn. We were able to get this room for a great price for the four of us. Although everyone was questioning my choice when we pulled up, they quickly changed their thoughts. The room was very clean and smelled like fresh linens. Love the retro look, I’m happy to see these old places refurbished and used. The room was very simply decorated but so cute! There were little tables and chairs outside of each room. Neighbors were friendly. Staff was very helpful and friendly. I felt very safe there. If I had two complaints though, the beds were not super comfortable. If they had some mattress foam toppers or possibly some mattresses in a box that are comfy, it would help tremendously! I’ll be back if I go back to HS if they get those! The neighbor a couple of doors down bought her a mattress cushion since she’ll be there about 3 days. She said she couldn’t take it after the first night. Also have two pillows for each person since they were fairly flat, there were only three per bed. Overall though a very nice retro place that I’d recommend!😎

Hidden gem in the heart of hot springs. This place has everything you need at an affordable price. The check in process is very easy to follow during this trying times. The rooms are great with WiFi, new TV with ROKU TV included and streaming services availability. Each room has been remodeled so you feel right at home. The manager is super friendly and welcoming to all your needs. They take care of you just like family and do their very best to accommodate you and your fur companions without any issues very dog friendly hotel. I highly recommend the place as is a few minutes from downtown hot springs. You could walk for a few minutes or drive for a few minutes either way I'll recommend the walk so you can avoid the traffic in the downtown area. Overall a fantastic experience and highly recommend to everyone visiting Hot Springs.

I was put in room 7 which comes with 2 queen beds. Decent space. Simple decor. It's walking distance to downtown. The heater works very efficiently if you're coming during the winter season. The unit is supplied with a Roku TV, a vertical mirror, a chair, nightstands, a lamp, hangers, makeup towel, mini-Keurig machine, coffee creamers, and a mini-fridge. Wish there was a microwave in the room. There's one in the office if someone is around. The mini-fridge stays cool but not as cold as a regular fridge. There was a guest account for Hulu and Netflix on the Roku TV. If you're a light sleeper, you'll need earplugs as you'll hear occasional road noise. Worth staying if you have a car or don't mind walking into town. Very affordable compared to other similar lodging options in the area.

As all the other reviews have said, this is a great little gem. I can't express how happy I was to get a room like this.

I love the nostalgia of the property. It reminded me of a hotel I stayed at on historic route 66, only a little more modern with the decor. The furnishings were tasteful and pleasing to the eye. The room was almost exactly as pictured during the reservation process. Yes, the room was small. I'd prefer to call it cozy and very comfortable. It was super clean and well taken care of. It did have a slightly musty smell when I first entered, I think due in part to the A/C setting. I lowered it a bit and came back later after I went out for dinner and didn't notice it again. It was much quieter than I would have thought, and I slept very well. The shower pressure and temp were good. The only thing I would say negative about it, is the height of the shower head. I'm only slightly over 5' 9" tall and if you are standing about 6" away, it sprayed on my lower chin. So, for taller fellas you'll have to stoop down a bit to wash your hair. Everything else about the room was better than expected.

The only real negative aspect from MY point of view, was the lack of actual interaction with the staff. I'm very old fashioned and not into all this technological stuff. I prefer to talk to people face to face in this type of transaction. Andie was extremely communicative and friendly via text. However, I didn't once see her or a staff member. I had hoped I would catch her or someone at the office either at the time of my arrival, or at checkout the following morning. Considering these times were pretty much set, I thought I would have the opportunity. However, the office was closed each time. I had some questions about the local cuisine and attractions, and I discovered I needed an iron due to an oversight mistake on my part. Since I don't do texting, it was a bit of an inconvenience for me. But that's just me! As I said, I'm old fashioned I like talking to actual people not machines.

All in all, I would definitely recommend this place. I know I will be checking back with them again the next time I'm in the area. I just hope to meet Andie in...

It slept 3 women and a pug.|The bathroom was clean, and there were plenty of towels. We brought our own creamers for the fridge and keurig pods for coffee.|We used the TV to play Netflix's yule log and Hulu's holiday Screensavers while we ate our pick up food from Picantes, Bailey's, and The Pancake Shop.|I can see how people would walk to the main strip, but we did prefer to drive and park.|Beds were firm and pillows soft.|We enjoyed the large porch trash can to empty into.|I'm uploading a photo from inside the room towards the door because I didn't see any photos like...
