I have always loved this restaurant and have always in the past had a great meal, but today I saw quiche on the menu and got excited. I have eaten quiche in France, have been making it for fifty years and can tell you that this partially baked individual pie crust filled with scrambled eggs, bacon and spinach is NOT in any way shape or form, a quiche. It makes it look like you think customers are idiots who won't notice the difference. If you don't want to make quiche don't put it on the menu, or if you don't have any, SAY SO, but don't pass something like this off on us quiche lovers and expect us NOT to notice. And yes I did say something to the waiter. He explained that since it was hardly ordered, you made it this way. I say you're better off not offering and save yourself the expense of those little pie shells or use them to make tarts. All the rest of your food has always been above expectations and I have been coming here for years. On the plus side my huge plate was filled with their yummy home fries, the waiter was great and the cappuccino doable.

Pretty excellent breakfast spot. I got a breakfast skillet with a croissant. The homefried potatoes were crispy and well-seasoned. The ratio of ingredients was fantastic, and the scrambled eggs were a good texture (not cooked to death). The hollandaise sauce was split, but tasted alright. Not sure if it was just a batch that had sat for too long, or an improper ratio and they were using a mix. The croissant was perfectly toasted and still had a little chew in the middle, which is how I like it. We also tried a peach Mimosa, which was essentially just a glass of champagne. There was very little juice present and almost no peach flavor. Atmosphere/decor could use some work. Booths need a refresh. It needs some personality and character. I hate to nitpick about that, but I'm doing it because this restaurant is capable of being five stars for me, which I do not hand out willingly. I know it's 'just' a breakfast place, but it's not priced that way, so I expect a little more. Overall a great breakfast spot, I recommend stopping in.

Stopped in for brunch with my wife, and the food was amazing. Fresh, hot, and on point. You could see the quality, and what I assume was pasture raised and non grain fed eggs on my plate (by the great orange color). *I had the Lumber Jack and added apples to my short stack, absolutely devine. *Wife had the Belgian Waffle and made it a combo... she cleaned her plate!! My only real complaint would be the lack of attention that is given (or not) to the quality of the espresso, and or espresso drinks, the server is putting out. My shot was full of grounds, and no strength. I would have been better of with a regular cup of "joe". "GO for the food, DONT stay for the drinks".

We ordered from this location using Uber Eats. However, upon receiving and opening our order, we were dismayed to see there was either no, or very little, hollandaise on one of the two breakfast orders. Unfortunately, that same order was also supposed to come with a side of fruit. We called and the restaurant sent one of their own out with a remade order- yet this meant that the first order had gone cold by the time the second order had arrived. It also meant we had to directly give the restaurant our address- which is supposedly the whole point of ordering through UberEats. All in all it was a very convoluted experience. Yes, they made it right, yes they probably tripled the amount of fruit to be included- but how much lack of oversight does it take to completely leave out the fruit in the first place? The hollandaise did not taste like hollandaise, and was a dark yellow colour- not the pale yellow/white that usually comes after the addition of the acidic ingredient such as vinegar/lemon juice to the cooking emulsion... and it did not taste like nor have the proper zing/consistency of hollandaise. Also- I don't appreciate cheap ketchup packets with my breakfast that clearly say 'sweetened with sugar' on the outside 😐how difficult is it to properly decant some tomato ketchup into takeaway containers? Most breakfast places I've been to make their own artisan tomato sauce in house nowadays, but I suppose Le Peep's standards are lackluster hollandaise and Red Gold ketchup. Disappointing....

Unfortunately I have to update my review. This place is no longer Le Peep. Its called Maple and the menu is totally different. They don't even offer the Dutch baby anymore. It seems as if the quality has gone down but somehow the food cost more which makes no sense. The same servers are there and they are excellent as always but that's the only good thing i can say about this place now. I feel bad for them because it was obvious that business has gone down since the change. I probably wont be back either. R.I.P. Le Peep. 😩 We dined outdoors as we always do nowadays. The eating area is nice and has a sturdy covering to protect you from the elements. Our server was very pleasant, and our food came out hot and tasted great. I had the French toast, my husband had the blueberry pancakes, and we also shared an order of biscuits and gravy. the portions are huge, and everything tasted good, but I must say the biscuits and gravy were fantastic. the biscuits were nice and fluffy, and the sausage gravy had good flavor. The coffee wasn't great, but I haven't found too many breakfast spots where it is, so that wasn't a deal breaker. overall, we enjoyed it, and we will definitely be going back a few times before it gets too cold to...
