Just walked in there to have a bite around 11:30am which should be peak time for a place like this. No cars outside, no people inside. The place looked abandoned. To my surprise, they had two employee that looked like they didn't want to be there. I was shocked that every single table and chair was either tuned over or had a sticker saying dinin-in is closed due to the pandemic. I figured I would ask if they had a small section that would still be open and I was told "No, it's corporate decision"and they couldn't do anything about it. What a pathetic excuse, not from the employees, rather from the company as whole. What have we come to. Businesses like this will not continue to exist due to their own decisions, they can blame the pandemic all they want. They want to take advantage of the situation and continue to sell their product to make money without catering to the main line of business they are in which is food and hospitality. I chose to go elsewhere. I walked to another food business next door that provided a table and a chair. You skip catering to your customers and your customers will skip your business.

Had to drop the car off next door at Discount Tire with an hour wait. Stopped at Einstein to sit and drink coffee but was shocked to see there’s literally NO seating. Also a sign NO PUBLIC RESTROOMS. I asked for light ice for my iced coffee, and NOT A CHOICE, “we have to pour a specific way”. I asked about the lack of seating and the employee said it wasn’t just that location (perhaps they didn’t want loiterers) but rather a choice by corporate throughout the Midwest. Good coffee shops usually have good ambiance but I guess Einstein has a different business model of “take it and get out”. I never usually go to Einstein and for sure won’t in the future. Other stores care for the customer but this doesn’t seem to be bothered by helping others. At least the coffee tasted fine but YEESH.

My first time going to Einstein Bros took the avocado bacon and egg was certainly very delicious on a toasted bagel I was going to have coffee as well but didn’t. Certainly a very interesting and tasty breakfast bagel at the moment you can’t sit inside but outside dining is available. Would I go back absolutely the way it was made was great.

I was very disappointed in the staff today! My husband I frequent this location. We have been there servel weeks in a row and have never had any issues untill today. Disappointed is not a strong enough word for my experience this morning. As we frequent this location we have been there multiple times, and have seen that they are severely understaffed. AND WE HAVE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH the long wait time for our food. However today nevermind the wait. There was a pregnant women who was also waiting a long wait for her bagle. Of course anyone who has been pregnant knows that standing for long pierces of time is not always do able when your pregnant. So she grabbed a seat to sit on, no other customers around her. Just her by her self. The women who works there by the name Judi or Jodi, the one that's short with short brown hair, yelled at her infront of everyone else that was waiting on their bagles as well for sitting, and as the pregnant lady tried to say that she was prat the lady proceeded to yell at her for sitting in a chair that she barrowed from the closed off inside dining area. Mind you it has already Ben around a 30 minute wait for the pregnant ladies food how do I know that's how long I had been waiting too. The women working spent more time yelling at the other employees and about door dash and at the pregnant lady than she did actually being helpful to her team, and other customers in the store. Never in my life should anyone ever be treated like that , by a food service provider, . Of course if the other person had been rude but no one had been rude to this lady working it was pure flustration and anger on her end . She clearly can not perform under persure. With that being said the way we seen the staff treated and other customers we sadly will not be back to one of our favorite places to eat. And no I'm not a Karen, this was...

Hadn't been here since before the pandemic so was super excited to go. When I pulled up; I thought they were out of business because all the tables and chairs and signs are thrown in the window area like they were being demolished. I sat there for a minute trying to figure out why there were lights on. All of the dining area was sectioned off with yellow tape like a crime scene. There were no customers so I got out of my car and looked inside. I saw a couple employees in there so I was excited they were open; I think. When I went in. I was not greeted so I asked if they were open because it didn't give the impression of a open business other than there were bagels, and lights, and one employee eating, and a lady who looked at me like I was her enemy. She informed me that they were no longer doing dine in, which was fine because I just wanted to order a bagel to go. I wondered why you wouldn't have a sign on the door indicating that they were open for carry out only. Good news, the bagel was really good. She asked me if wanted it toasted, and I said yes, and then she gave it to me untoasted which I didn't notice till I got home. No problem....so little cream cheese that it completely took away from the only good thing about the experience; the bagel. A girl came in after me, and they all really turned on the charm, like it was a friend, or someone they liked. Cashier told me to move away from the check out area for the only other customer. After looking at my receipt and seeing I left a tip, she perked up and said; "come back and see us!". Lol.....Too bad that a place with a good product is a complete fail on every other aspect of the business. Needs a COMPLETE makeover of EVERYTHING...

Bagel was fine, coffee was fine. Really the poor review is the service and employees. From the looks of other reviews this has stayed consistent sadly. For my experience, I was having my car worked on across the street for a few hours and figured I'd have a bagel and relax. Looked like they had dine-in closed blaming the pandemic and carry out only. I thought they may have two or three seats spaced out for social distancing, but no. So I went next door to the conjoined business space to sit and enjoy my coffee. Shortly after, I was approached by staff that I need to leave and that they were dine-in only. Which I thought was odd as I was a customer, out of the way, and simply minding my business. I tried explaining my situation, but she continued the rules. I understand, but it's about treating people with respect. I would have had lunch there as well. But I decided not to argue and will take my business elsewhere. Take what you will from my experience, but if you treat people with respect and human decency, then they're much more likely to return.

For the owner, you are currently overstaffed. I saw about 6 employees if not more 12/31/2022. Most of which were socializing on this not busy day. I find it hard to believe you have that many people working for a carry out only business. It also looks like disrespectful employees. During the hour or so I spent there, I saw multiple employees take multiple "bathroom breaks."

By the way, I work at a hospital and our cafeteria is opened with seating. Stop using COVID as an excuse. Thus, it's strictly the owners and businesses discretion here to not have any dine-in...
