Last time I go there.

Most recent trip, asked for a kanger coil for my aero tank and when I got home and went to put it in, I see that the guy gave me a coil for a ts3.

Previous trip: I had been looking at an innokin VV v3 online and decided to stop in to get one when I was in the area one day. Online the vv v3 was priced at 49.99. That price included a tank and a bottle of juice. I looked at the price list on the counter at the store and it was listed at 39.99. I asked to take a look at one and decided to go ahead and buy it. When the girl rang it up it was priced at 49.99. I asked about the fact that it was listed at 39.99, and she wasn't sure why (she was new apparently ) so she called the "manager" over. He gave me some BS: first he said that the v3 on their price list was something different that they didn't sell anymore. The battery that I had at the time was shot and not working all that great so I went ahead and bought the thing anyways. When I got home I checked online again and saw that it was listed at 49.99 with the tank and bottle of juice. I went back the next day to try to plead my case again. Same "manager" guy was there so I explained the situation. He then fired up the BS machine again and tried to explain to me that the online store and brick and mortar stores are different companies. I told him that I wanted the tank and juice that the v3 included online and he said that he couldn't give me the juice but he would give me a tank, which was a crappy ts3. Which brings me back to my most recent visit, when I asked for an aero tank coil and the guy gave me a ts3 coil.

Shady, dishonest "manager" guy, and employees that can't get the right coil have soured my taste for anything altsmoke. It is a shame because they have a great variety of gear, but I will never go back.

Make sure you get what you pay for and don't let them jack you around. Don't let their positive reviews from their friends make you think these guys are anything but...

INCREDIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! This particular vape store has two of the most customer focused and kind employees of anywhere I've ever shopped.

Hayley is hands down one of the sweetest and customer service focused people I've ever met. Not only does she go out of her way to make sure customers have what they need, but when she sees me coming in from the parking lot she already has my fluid and coils pulled and ready for me. She knows when you're probably running out of something and has it ready for you when you come in.

Jessie is just as friendly but has an absolute abundance of knowledge about everything this store carries. She knows what products will work best under what circumstances and gives customers honest input on their purchases.

The reason I come across town to shop here instead of a closer competing vape store is because the staff here feel like good friends who are happy to see me when I come in.

Absolutely love this place! Never once have I ever had any issues with customer service, in fact, they've gone above and beyond. Super friendly, professional and even makes someone with horrible social anxiety feel welcomed. This is my go-to every week anymore. Always has a large selection of juices, disposable vapes, and even really cute smoke pieces. (I mean has anyone seen the cute 510 cartridge battery that's a WAND?!) Read some of the reviews and had to chuckle a little, of course items are going to be sold out at times that's how any retail goes... checking IDs... that's even understandable and they're doing the better safe than sorry (no one knows if you're using your ID to buy for the other so it's always just safe to assume when it comes to legality issues).
