Buffalo Wild Wings — Restaurant in Jackson Township

First off coming into the place that was not busy the hostess asked where we would like to sit if a high top would be okay and I preferably don't like high tops because it hurts my legs to dangle and I wanted to sit at a booth to be more comfortable because of my back hurting she stated well to make it easier supposedly on my service staff so I didn't bother to argue I just went and we went and sat at our table been on top of that the waitress had a severe attitude like we were bothering her to have even have to be taking our order or getting our drinks out in a timely manner she had no mannerism whatsoever she had a complete bad attitude she didn't get us any silverware we had to ask for napkins she asked if my friend would like a beer refill and then she went off and did other things and then all of a sudden realize that she forgot to get his refill of his beer only after she walked past our table and she literally rolled her eyes when I asked her to get me a side of ranch for my sandwich which was an absolutely disgusting disarray it was a sloppy messwhen she had brought it out all the meat had fallen out of my wrap it was all over the plate and it was just completely disgusting but I didn't argue about it but the whole situation and on top of it not getting the seat that we wanted when it wasn't even busy was even more disturbing and knowing I had to sit in a high top where my legs are dangling on top of it made it even worse because my back was hurting and but the hostess didn't care about that but a bunch of young kids running the show at that hour was just absolutely uncalled for nobody wanted to really do anything they all just stood over on the side just acting like everybody was an inconvenience to them and I really didn't want to be by the noise of the trivia on top of it because we were right next to the guy I didn't mind the guy he was very nice I just didn't want to be by that noise I want it to be at a booth where I could have been more comfortable and we had to ask her three times to put our checks on separate checks because she kept bringing out the checks together and I told her three times I need our check separately and she still couldn't have done that and she was just rude all the way around and this was on July the 3rd and it was just very sad experience after being out shopping all day all I wanted was a bite to eat and I couldn't even get a decent time to even be there with the amount of money we both spent at the at...

November 2024: I have been to multiple Buffalo Wild Wings locations. I usually love their food the atmosphere etc. I will never be going to this location again. I came here in a group of three people. I ordered 10 boneless wings half honey bbq and the other half Nashville hot with a side of potato wedges. My bf ordered 15 boneless wings part honey bbq, part spicy garlic and part Nashville hot. My friend ordered 6 boneless wings Asian zing.

The food comes out and immediately I’m looking at my wings and half are honey bbq but the other half looked like day old dry rub wings. My bf got buffalo wings instead of the spicy garlic. My friend who also ordered asian zing got the same dry rubbed wings as me. Then we all noticed a bowl of Mac n cheese that nobody ordered. I was visibly irritated and my server came by and he didn’t even have to ask what was wrong he asked me if I would like him to bring me a different set of wings to replace the “Nashville hot”. I said yes could you get me some spicy garlic. My server came back with a plate of Nashville hot wings that actually had sauce on them this time and looked COMPLETELY different than what was on my plate. The server could tell we were all irritated at this point and took my friends sweet tea off the bill.

The best thing I ate here was the Mac and cheese that I didn’t even order!!

(2 months later) UPDATE**. January 11 2025. I ended up back at this location today. I was watching the football game. I completely forgot this was the place I had previously written a review about until I got my food. This time I ordered 6 boneless wings. Half honey bbq half Nashville hot. To my surprise I did get all my wings the the correct sauce but my “boneless wings” were the size of chicken nuggets !!!!! My server looked at my wings after I pointed it out and said that’s ridiculous and went to get me new ones…. They come back with boneless wings that were only slightly bigger. For 10 bucks I wasn’t expecting 6 chicken nuggets lmao. My server was actually great this time and tried to help me out as much as possible which I was very grateful about but if you go here DO NOT get their boneless wings. Horrible service not sure if Ellie was too busy due to the OHIO STATE GAME and having different parties but she was more attentive to the game watchers. The menu states budlight aluminum bottle and draft budlights...so when I ask for a bottle and u tell me your out...then I see another server serving 2 budlights in the aluminum bottle she tells me those are cans...then I was served fries by another young lady who tells me my fries are fresh cut...they were not and they were heat lamp warm. As for refills on the kids 2 beverages I had to go to the bar and get them myself. Ellie tells me I can't do that, but she was busy and one of the kids had hot wings. Basically the guy manager came and tried to rectify the meal. When Ellie brought my check one of the kids ask for a cup to put her drink in togo...Ellie says there are no cups order didn't come in or something like what she said about the bottled beer and she walks away. I say to my daughter they must be with the bottle beer they are out of. Ellie comes back as I'm signing my cc receipt and tells me to not come back if I am going to continue to be rude. Excuse me next I speak with the guy manager who tells me that since I paid my bill they are not able to reverse the transaction. A server who was obviously busy does not have the right to kick anyone out when no harm was brought her way. I told that manager that is not correct all transactions are able to be reversed. So then I get Audra manager above him...she says it can be done. So why tell someone such a lie. No wonder the server was so comfortable telling me and 2kids to never return. ELLIE also told me she didn't want my tip so I gave the 10$ to a server that offered me a bag for the boxed food I ended up leaving. My order was 10 wings flats and the tall budlight all which was left except maybe 4wings and a little more than the head of the tall beer. The dining experience for myself was not successful and my hunger was lost in all the confusion. The kids ate what they did and left...
