We've come here throughout the years. Most of the time they have what we are looking for. Most recently we needed GameCube controllers and extensions. Luckily they had both. The store is always clean and the staff are super friendly and knowledgeable.

Very friendly staff, lots of Inventory to look at. Very cool vibes in there. If you are a collector, love video games, love music. This is the place for you. Bring your old stuff to trade in. Its a buy sell trade kinda place. You will love it.

This used to be my favorite place. Prices felt fair and reasonable. Now they just seem like glorified scalpers. $300 for a movie box set? Come on. I went to sell them a vinyl record that averages around $90 and they wanted to give me $10 and then TOLD ME they were going to sell it for $80. This company is going downhill so fast it seems. I love retro gaming, and movies and horror. I used to leave with 5, 10, even 15 games and movies at a time, just 2 or 3 years ago. Now for the last 2 years. I'm lucky to leave with even 1 item I'm satisfied to pay for. The prices are just out if control. I seen a game there that normally sells for $25, they had it for $50. Double mark up for what? I can go on ebay, get the same game. And yes ebay has an easy to use money back guarantee. Why would I come to someone scalping locally when I could effectively pay half the price for something and get the same exact thing. Please, whoever the CEO of this company is. Remember who grew you, remember the folks that would come in nearly every week, get to know your employees and grow relationships with these people, talk and get genuine recommendations. This greed is just unbelievable, and unacceptable. What a slap in the face This place is anymore. Again, what a shame. It used to be...

I always had positive experiences with them until a few months ago, I took in about thirty records I wanted to sell. In VG to NM condition, all had been cleaned. Mostly classic rock, a couple of country and Jazz albums . About twenty minutes after I left they had already looked the albums. The smug young person there told me they weren't interested iny collection. That they were warped and scratched. He then proceeded to tell me I could donate them to The Goodwill or somewhere. I have bought records there in the past that were in worse condition then mine were. Anyway I just sold those to a local record store ( A real record store) for $200. I didn't even barter with them . That just what they offered. I no longer consider the exchange a record store. Almost every record is a new sealed copy. Something you can get at Walmart or Best buy. Slim chance to find a first pressing of a classic album. I won't be buying from them ever again. I've been buying records since the late 60's . Most of my records are in great condition , because I've always handled...

I brought in a bunch of old DVDs that I practically wanted to throw away and they gave me over a hundred bucks in store credit for them. They didn't even take them all due to overstock in select titles. I was honestly blown away. I did have some DVD season sets and movie trilogy sets but most of it were just basic DVDs that I had replaced with Blu-Rays in my collection. The staff is always helpful and friendly, sometimes they don't know exactly everything about whats on the shelf and they're okay listening to you explain what they have and other times (most times) they've educated me on items. I don't shop for games here due to better offers elsewhere but for movies, collectibles, retro video games, and CD's they're the best around. This location and the Cleveland Avenue store are highly recommended. Never had an issue returning items or haggling for a better deal on the marked price on collectibles at either location (I don't always win...
