The Sun Inn — Hotel in Kissimmee

DO NOT STAY HERE! First off, the $239 weekly rate advertised on the light board at the front of the hotel is false; the people who run the place will charge you whatever they want (we paid $280) AND will keep charging you $100 deposits whenever they feel like it.||||The rooms are decrepit and everything is filthy and falling apart, so good luck trying to get your deposit back.||||Also, the managers of this place are crooked and WILL kick your out for no reason. We had an extremely nosy and paranoid neighbor who, upon learning out my spouse is transgender, started calling the police and office on us every time my spouse smoked a cigarette outside OUR door (the rooms are non-smoking, he was following the rules). The neighbor was flat-out lying to police, saying anything and everything from "they're doing drugs!" To "they're running a prostitution ring!" Even when police (and several other hotel guests we befriended) all told the hotel office that the neighbor was blatantly lying, the office still told us we had to leave. How long has the neighbor been living in her room, lying to get people kicked out? Two years! Apparently we're not the first ones they've done this to (we learned this from other hotel guests who have had to move rooms because of them) and the hotel office totally condones and enables this behavior!||||Elena at the front desk was extremely rude to us throughout the whole ordeal (and apparently thought she was being sly by telling my spouse we were free to come back in a week, while simultaneously taking a picture of my spouse on her phone to trespass them WHILE she was talking to them).||||I am currently weighing my legal options against this hotel because what this so-called place of business did to us is 100%...

Come to this business Sun Inn & Suites 5/18/22 the first room we where placed in was rm# 262 the room was filthy. The bed sheets wasn't changed, when we pulled the sheets back on beds there where strings of hair along with pubic hairs. The bathroom wasn't cleaned, the tub still had someone hair in it and mold was everywhere along with roaches. Our refrigerator nor A/C worked, so I went back to the front desk and complained and was placed in rm# 162 samething with the filthyness, mold and roaches. I cleaned that room from top to bottom. Goes to the front desk the next day and asked for housekeeping and towels washcloths Exchange and was told by the lady name is Lorraine that I can only have my room cleaned once a week and towels and washcloths exchange once a week. I was also told if I pay after 11am it's a $25.00 additional fee and if I pay after 12 it's a $75 additional fee. 1 min after these hours the fees are added, Also they charged $.50 for rolls of toilet tissue . There is no real house keepers hired for this business, Mrs Lorraine has one Crackhead lady that supposed to be cleaning rooms but don't. And how I know she's a Crackhead is because she asked me did I know anyone who sold crack. This place need to be condemn. The pics you see online...

The front office needs more profession in speaking to customers been here for three months and just got posted an eviction just for one week that I couldn't pay cuz I lost my job. Rooms full of roaches roof is leaking hotel is terrible and I cannot wait to move out I would never come back again to this place the worst place I've ever been to. Never had a problem with larena which is the manager she is awesome but the ladies up front are really unprofessional and unprofessional talking to their customers. Housekeeping is wonderful cleaning and they're wonderful people. But the overnight editor she has an issue with customers for some reason she had an issue with my husband and my husband's name on the hotel room. But I want to thank lareina for all her help she tried as a manager her best and I really appreciate her but she needs to learn how choice her employees more professionally. I'll be out in two weeks but I would never come back to this place again I hope this place can get better and I hope you can make it a better place for everyone to stay yes there's bed bugs as...
