The host was nice and the room was clean, but I’m not gonna lie the photos and description of this place are deceiving. When you google this place a photo of a tall condo building is shown which makes it seem like that’s where you are staying. It is in fact not. The rooms are above a convenience store called Calle 6 Food Market. When we first arrived there were a ton of sketchy people loitering in front of this business but thankfully they left by the time it got dark. In all honesty this place is a hostel. You will be sharing the living room and kitchen with other people. I believe there were two other parties staying in the apartment with us and if the apartment was bigger this would have been fine. Instead, smaller rooms had been created in the apartment and it really just didn’t feel separate. We stayed in a room that was recommended for 4 people and it was way to small. The beds were also very shaky leading to an overall poor sleep. This place was also advertised as a bed and breakfast, but the only breakfast was bread to make toast. The location was close to the beach, around a 5 minute walk, and it was nice that the street it was on was quiet. Overall the experience was okay but I just thought think the photos associated with this place are very deceiving. Also...

We have had a fabulous time at Arzu's property! What an amazing place to stay. The property has a perfect location, minutes walk to the beach, Ocean Drive, with plenty of shops, restaurants and bars. As soon as you come out of the property, there is a 24/7 store - how convenient is that! In addition, the property has a communal kitchen with all necessities (everything you need to cook) and living room with sofas and TV. Our room was perfect - comfortable bed, wardrobe and en suite bathroom with a walk - in shower. The property is spotlessly clean and really well maintained. And Arzu... What an amazing host! We are so happy to have met her. She will make sure your stay is memorable, such a supportive and kind lady. Arzu checked on us regularly, making sure we were ok and she would always ask if we needed anything. I don't think we have ever net a nicer host! We both loved listening about the stories from her life as well as Miami! If you are considering staying in Arzu's place, don't think for any second longer - you will definetely have the most amazing time! Arzu - thank you so much for...
Read moreThank you Arzu for such amazing hospitality and the lovely apartment! We stayed in the deluxe bedroom which had a joint bath. It was clean, cozy and had all the essentials anyone could need. It even had beach towels which I thoughtful. The apartment is generally shared and has 4 rooms. The kitchen and living room are shared. The kitchen had EVERYTHING you could need on a trip. Coffee, teas, dinnerware, kettle, fridge, pots and pans, etc. It felt like a home away from home. The host was very nice and helpful. She guided us very well and introduced some nice places to go. I would suggest putting a bright boarder or tape on the stairs that go down to the room and add an exhaust to the bathroom. Overall, it was an amazing experience! The beach was only a few minutes walk away and the location was perfect to experience the night life of Miami. There's a convenience store right downstairs which was a blessing. The apartment is actually located on top of a drug store which makes it smell a bit but gets better once you get upstairs....
