Really liked the accommodations. Unlike many places we've stayed in Miami Beach, everything here is well thought out - design, decorations, lots of comfy pillows, even had a sealed sponge for washing dishes. There is a large ottoman on the floor that folds out into an extra sleeping space - compact, stylish and comfortable. Everything looks modern and clean. Sufficient towels and shampoo/conditioner. Attentive hosts who are constantly on call. Very convenient location- walking distance to the beach, walking area, restaurants and entertainment. Entrance through the bar, which is also cozy and from which there was no noise. Check-in instructions and access code get emailed, so probably don't even need interaction with front desk. But it could be easier to find the entrance if mention need to go through the hookah bar. Cons . Couldn't get the air conditioner set to heat. My baby and I got sick and it was cold at night. Terrible lighting in the room, it’s very dark as there’s only one light by the door and then a small lamp which isn’t bright enough for the room. The view is also blocked by a large building so no natural light comes in either. A cockroach was seen on the table. It would have been nice to have a kettle. Opposite the front door is an ice machine from which this ice constantly rattles. But all the minuses are nothing compared to the advantages.

The room itself was small and "cozy". Plenty big enough for my teen and I for a week. Thr location was amazing simply because we were a block away from the beach and the nightlife was right at our front door. We had close access to several Walgreens/CVSs and was able to grab food at both very nice sit downs, and many favorites such as Subway, McDs etc. I had AMAZING communication the entire time via text, even a week before I left the hotel was texting almost daily to ensure I had no needs and the entire time I was there, anytime, around the clock I got a response. The staff was always super friendly and the atmosphere and vibes were so upbeat and fun. Not to mention the food is scrumptious. Downside... the parking has to be in either a garage or pay to park street parking, and when you do that for a week, it gets mad expensive. As others have said, its not super clean in the hallways and such but my goodness, it fits the area/vibe. Definitely would stay here again.

Love the hotel itself. The hookah bar/restaurant out front brings all the good vibes and stays bumping all night long. I LOVED the “Cuban Jack Sparrow” that worked at the restaurant there and would always hold the door to the front entrance. The hotel was in walking distance of literally EVERYTHING! Food, bars, boardwalk, beach is a 5 min walk, bikes, shopping! No car rental needed. The front deskish people were great too! The rooms weren’t terrible but not amazing, not even great. I took a 2 stars off for a few reasons. I had to get candles for the room because it had a stale smell. Beds may be a bit of an annoyance if you are a couple. Showers were larger, could definitely fit two comfortably, good pressure, hot water. I took one star off the main review because the smell and the non air conditioned, slow sardine can for an elevator is just absolutely 😩. The pool was small but clean and you get hella ☀️ up there. For the price and location not too bad.

Oct. 18th, 2025 I came in on a Saturday early evening around 5:00-5:30pm. There is a restaurant on the first level. I walked in and I did not see anyone at any desk to check me in. I was under the impression that this was a hotel. It ends up being some kind of an Airbnb Hotel. I asked one of the restaurant staff who do I check in with or how do I get access to my room and he said we don't have anything to do with the hotel and that he didn't know anything about it. I sat there for a minute to figure out how I was going to get access. I emailed the company that confirm my reservation and they sent me a passcode. I specifically asked if they had an elevator because I had very heavy luggage that I was bringing with me. I got to the elevator and it was only second and third floor and the rooftop for the pool, which by the way was horrible. The first floor to the hotel was a hallway next to the elevator with stairs. I had to drag my luggage up the stairs, that was exactly what I was trying to avoid, so I was very upset. I had to pass this room number 103. The door was open, music was blasting and they were smoking like trains in there. It leaked of cigarette smoke throughout the hallway and also in the room. It look like he lived there. I found out later that he does, it's the owner of the restaurant. He smoked and play Loud Music the whole time I was there, which added to everything. At one time to walk to buy and there was a really big mean looking Pitbull on a chain..... which kind of scared me because again the door was open. The hotel in the pictures shown in their marketing is not what I walked into. I open the drapes to my room to look out into my disappointment I was overlooking the area where the air conditioning to the hotel was there was some guys back there it was loud and it was a horrible eyesore. I could not leave my curtains open because they could see right into my room. The floor was made of a plastic linoleum to look like planks period it was uneven and lifted when you first walk in. I slice the bottom of my foot on the part that was sticking up. There was a vibrating noise going on continuously and I called them to report that. They sent somebody out and we figured it was coming from the air conditioner. They did absolutely nothing. The guy spoke nothing but Spanish and basically said oh well. I was there for 5 nights..... if I could have switched rooms or hotels I would have. There was no one there to take out trash. I was told to leave the bags outside my door. If I ever go back to Miami Florida, I am going to have to ask a million questions before I book anything or to at least rent a room from a legit Hotel.. this was a joke. I have never experienced a hotel like that. There was nothing that I read or saw on any disclosure that describe the true condition of this place. I will never again stay here again And I would never recommend it YOU'VE BEEN WARNED I would have loved to post all the pictures to back up everything I said but I don't see...

I am generally not someone that will leave a comment or review. However, I must express my complaint about my experience with their unprofessional staff. ||||We checked out of the hotel yesterday, my sister left her phone in the room. She did not realize that she left her phone until 40 minutes prior to boarding our plane. I called the Hotel at 6:23 to confirm her phone was in the room. A staff member at that time said that they will check and call me back. We get off the plane no missed calls or messages had been left. So I took it upon myself to generate the call only to speak with Vanessa that was totally unprofessional. ||||However, she did confirm that the phone was there and that we would have to send and/or schedule a carrier to come and pick the phone up to be shipped. So, today I called the Hotel to obtain an email address to so that I can email them her shipping label for her phone. ||||Wow, I was not expecting the next chain of events that was about to transpire. Vanessa answered the phone and as I was explaining that I had called yesterday, she immediately interrupted me saying “Yes, Yes, Yes “ all while I am speaking. I then explained to her that she was being rude and disruptive- she then started to heighten her voice saying “Excuse me, excuse me I am not being rude very loudly. I said that I can’t get a word in edgewise then she hung up in my face. ||||So, I called back and she was like Yes, so I then became livid and started to use some choice and asked to speak with someone else for assistance and to voice my complaint.||She then proceeded to hang up in my face. I called back and she said that the person to voice my complaint with will be in tomorrow and hung up. I will never book this Hotel for a vacation stay ever in my...

I can see they're trying to keep this place afloat. Front desk people are very pleasant but when you walk in, you realize it is dirty looking and over saturated with spray to mask the smell. Room was ok. Floor could've been mopped as my kids walk on the floor bare feet, and I could tell, it was not clean. Thankfully the overpowering smell of the hallway wasn't in the room. I tried making a cup of coffee, the mug I grabbed had coffee that had caked up in the bottom. Good that I always rinse hotel/motel dishes, otherwise I don't know what I would've been drinking. Shower had good water pressure and thankfully clean, that one thing made me feel like I could manage a one night stay. Bed sheets had hair, pillow case and the light cover on the bed had stains on one of the two queen beds. One pillow case had a tear. Other one looked so tattered. I slept with a hand towel on it. The room has only one table lamp. You need a flash light to see things. There's one more light that's by the front door, which was not enough at all. AC was adequate and quiet. But a bright blue light is always on on that AC. They did offer extra sheets when I mentioned about the stains. So here's my take on this property. This is suitable for someone who doesn't really mind the things that I mentioned above. I picked this hotel on Airbnb because people put good reviews on. They were not accurate. We just needed a hotel for the night, I booked with Airbnb and here I am looking at the bright blue light on the AC thinking I should've spent a little more money and gotten myself a better hotel. However, this place is cheap for Miami, and that is the ONLY reason I can say that justifies this hotel room.

I'm bummed that the last night of my great vacation ended with this hotel...
