Beware and Do Not Order from this Restaurant especially for Delivery. SCAM WITH DEBIT CARDS. Have stayed in area before and had good experience elsewhere but got an "Attractive" Looking Glossy Flyer and decided to try them out. Name on Flyer and Real Name were Different. Took over 20 Minutes to Take a Phone Order as the Person sounded Doped out on drugs. Had them read back the Order multiple times. Said food would be no later than an hour as was for Birthday for Friend. After an hour they said Oh we told you the wrong thing it could be an hour and half. The Order was over $70.00 paid by Debit Card. Food came well after an hour and All was Cold and 2 Orders were completely wrong like not the right Food ordered at all and other Order not done right at all. When I called they had the nerve to say "Drive the Food back" but it was now almost 10 pm and who "Orders Out" to Drive the Food back? Driver got a Good Tip too. To make it worse got Referred to an "Adam" at Different Number alleged Manager who was going to do a Refund. Kept saying he could not Refund my Card which was wrong. By next day got him on the phone with my Bank and Refund was applied but by the next Day they Took the Money back again on the Original Authorization so now my Bank could only Formally Dispute since Authorization paid. So now Adam said oh give me another Debit Card number and will process refund that way. Trusting him I did. He sent a picture of a Point of Sale Refund to a different card on Saturday and it did list as a "Pending Deposit" on Card but by Monday Adam had taken the Money back again for the Second time and now had another Debit Card number. Will have to report these as stolen at this point. When called Adam again he just hung up. Very poor Management. Very poor Service. Very poor food that was not what was even Ordered then nothing but games and a run around and then taking new Debit info for what looks like a Scam. BEWARE and would Never...
Read moreSo first off the menu that was left at my hotel room door was for a place called Romeos Pizzeria. The number I called on the menu, I naturally assumed was for Romeos Pizzeria. However who showed up was Marco Polo. Even when I called the young man just said pizzaria, not Marco Polo. So I really don't appreciate the false advertisement! After a quick google search it said Romeo's is permanently closed! So why was their menu left at my door? And why when you call the number it rings for Marco Polo?? It wasnt until later, after reviewing my reciept that I noticed it wasnt the same place.
I'd placed an order for delivery at 2am. The young man Ryan who answered the phone was very kind and patient with me. I was slightly intoxicated lol. However I repeated my order to him 3 times. The delivery driver lady who's name I didnt get was also very nice. That's the ONLY reason for the 2 stars. I ordered a chefs salad, crab fries, and chicken and broccoli alfredo with linguine. Per the menu I was looking at for Romeo's Pizzeria. I got the WRONG salad or someone doesnt know how to make a chefs salad and I was charged extra for salad dressing that came with the damn salad. Who does that? My pasta came with spaghetti, NOT linguine and the sauce is watery. The crab fries were ok and the only thing I kinda ate. They didnt provide any utensils. So I had to eat with my fingers which is not ok with me after spending over $50 for my food. Smh
When I tried calling to let them know my order was wrong, I got no answer. According to the menu they are open 24hrs a day. But that menu is for ROMEO'S PIZZERIA..smh. Read moreWe went to Myrtle Beach for vacation. Our last night of vacation there, we wanted something simple to eat. Used the Slice app as their site suggested it. Ordered food at 8:24PM, app said it will take 25-35 minutes. Got a notification on the app that the food was ready for pick up at 8:55PM. Sent my husband and son down to pick up the food. When they got there at 9:03PM, the girl behind the counter was glued to her phone with air pods in and paying no mind, didn't address any customers walking in the door. The girl taking orders was just rude as hell to the customers and clueless about the Slice app. After a few minutes of waiting, my husband walked up to ask for the order that said it was ready for pick up and they had no idea what order or what Slice was. They had the nerve to ask if we ordered it at the correct store, well of course we did, and showed them the app and address and processed payment. Still, no one knew what to do. The gentlemen before us was frustrated he only got half his food they forgot the other half. Now, here goes an hour later... they place barely had anyone in there when my husband first walked in and STILL NO FOOD!
Don't offer an app to order off, if your staff doesn't know how to fulfill it.
Teach you staff to help incoming customers and GET OFF THEIR PHONES.
If there is an issue (which seems to happen often here per other reviews) offer your PAYING customer something for the inconvenience.
Also, fix the moldy ceiling tile that is above a dining table your PAYING customers are supposed to sit and eat it.
We will NOT be coming back and will make sure our friends and family don't go here either.
