Drove over here from Jacksonville because they had a shirt I wanted available for pickup at this location. I decided to wait until I got there to place the order to see if they had some other sales at this location since I was driving an hour away. There were not, however the shirt was marked up a 6$ difference. So I kindly asked the girl if she could match the price so I wouldn't have to go through the app or if she could check for me and was very rude and told me to order through the app. So I walked out of the store and sat In front of it and ordered the one shirt through the app. With NO ONE in the store she stared at me in front of the store and sat on her phone for the next 40 minutes or so doing NOTHING. We had already walked all the way through the mall twice so we decided to walk around and look through the store and maybe find something else to purchase in the store. As we were looking through the sweat pants another very tall, bulky blonde woman with no mask on came up to me and began to very aggressively lecture me that I couldn't come into the store to pick up my order for another 2 hours after I placed the order. Which she obviously knew who I was, I was the only one in the store. She didn't ask me my name before hand. She just walked up and began berating me for literally walking into the store to look around while I waited. I don't know why you ladies are so angry that you had to put a shirt in a bag, but you're definitely in the wrong business. It's a pretty cool modern store and fashions. Just wish they had more XL. It had good clothes and shoes from 2014 to 2016 and then the styles in 2017 and today not as good but some stuff still good. Thier metro and Metro Black cologne is awesome! I would still go in and peek at what they have for shirts, jackets, and shoes as well as cologne. Also they had cool small electronic accessories two years back that were sleek and really good style to them. I still have some cool shoes, shirts, and headphones from them from back in 2015.
