I told the sales rep the female selection was a dissapointment. I found few women's shoes, mostly dull and ugly. The young man was very kind, and invited me to consider men's shoes, one size smaller. 🤯

I picked the flashiest, prettiest shoes I saw on the wall. 🥳. I couldnt believe these were men's shoes! 😍🥰

My 12 yo son—who was shopping with me— said I was picking the LeBron XXI, basketball shoes. He wanted a pair for himself and thought I would be wasting a perfect court shoe by wearing it to the gym. I told him, "the day you pay for my 👟, I MIGHT let you pick what I wear." 🤣

We ordered a sun hat for our son… it is made of straw… they sent it in a bag! Needless to say it was severely damaged & we sadly had to return it. Who sends a straw hat in a bag? Was VERY disappointed. While the price was good it ended up being more trouble than it was worth. We will not be shopping at a place that is so careless. The sales person where we returned it at was wonderful however… and very apologetic....

Won't be going back to the located in New Bern mall. Ordered a pair of Carolina white/ blue airforce 1. Shoes arrived in store withing three days. When I pick up the shoes a few days after they called; it was obviously used (dirty inside & out, box was also destroyed). I asked the manager if they didn't check before they called me. Dude was like "man that how they send it here". I just laughed and ask...
