WARNING SALES REP AND MANAGERS ARE ONLY NICE AND HELPFUL UNTIL THEY MAKE THE SALE AFTER THAT THEY PUSH YOU OFF TO THE SIDE LIKE IF YOU'RE LEFTOVERS. I recently purchased a mattress on September 25th from this company called mattress firm former name sleepy and it was a Total scam the mattress is defective, it's sunken in the middle of the bed, I have a terrible back ache and they do not want to give me a refund; Although their slogan is sleep on it 120 nights love it or return it! I have been going back and forth receiving different answers from different managers stating that they are going to give me my money back and another saying they are not. They even told me to go to the store to sign the refund paper work and when I got there they told me I bought an outlet Merchandise and outlet means no return refund or exchange My receipt does not say final sale any where on it which a assistant district manager name peter Rosario said that I was correct and will give me a call a day later to give me the refund, i never received that call. One sales representative told me the item I purchased shouldn't have been sold with a warranty which the original sale rep name Walter la torre told me the warranty was included and to ignore that it said that I'm paying $99.99 for it that was in order for him to give me a discount which I did not ask for in the first place he kept hustling down the price and every time I tried to leave he would lower the price even more till I fell for it from $3349.99 + tax mattress he brought it down to $2300 I left a $300 down payment which they do not want to give me back I have already filed a dispute with my credit card. When I try to call corporate the number does not exist it sends me back to the store where I purchased the item from or to a over the phone sale rep. I was able to make a complaint with the warranty department which a woman name Desies stated that I was correct there is no indication that my purchase was a final sale she emailed the district manager chin wan and assistant Peter Rosario. My back is aching so bad I swear I'm not exaggerating I can not take the pain I want my refund. They refuse to provide me with a written returned policy regarding the merchandise I bought! My husband and I went to Mattress Firm today to purchase a new King Size mattress, The one we have from Sleepy;s is 14 years old now. We had Alexandra Cortes, the Store Manager help us. She is Awesome, she had us try soft, medium and firm mattresses, she showed us many different types and styles to fit our sleep needs ( sinus, acid reflux, back, leg, neck discomfort) She knows exactly what you need and will explain indefinately each mattress to make sure you understand and know what you are buying. They are not just looking to make a sale, they are knowledgeable about each product and will make sure you purchase the one that fits you completely. Go visit them if you are in need of a new mattress, they are the BEST!! UPDATE My mattress and bedframe were delivered the next day ( under 24 hours of purchasing!) The two men who delivered were so professional upon delivery, they laid down mats so as not to scratch floors, they put on shoe covers, they assembled my Hybrid Adjustable bed within 20 minutes, they were courteous and friendly, explained everything, took away my old mattress and box spring. They do not take metal away, which was my old bed frame, however they took the metal bedframe down to the basement of my building for me- I didn't even ask them to do that!! AMAZING!! I also received two free pillows and a mattress protector. Our whole experience was wonderful- very easy, very smooth. Mattress Firm knows what their customers want/need and the whole sales, delivery, set-up experience was just amazing. After eight comfy years with my current mattress, purchased at the Buckhead, Atlanta Mattress Firm, I found myself in the market for a replacement in Queens, New York. I had A LOT of questions about the different adjustable bases and each one was answered to my full satisfaction. Once I decided on a mattress and base, Musarat helped me through checkout and payment . It was as painless of a process as I’ve experienced for a big-ticket item!

Just two days after my purchase, Luis’ team completed the delivery and installation of my new bedroom set. My old setup was removed swiftly, and the entire process took less than an hour to complete.
