Cold Stone Creamery — Restaurant in New York

Came in very excited, but left disappointed with the service. Despite me greeting the worker, I didn't get a hi, hello, or how can I help you, I instead got an annoyed "what do you like". I greeted the worker again, in case he hadn't heard me, but he still didn't respond appropriately. I tried to look at the flavor options, but it was visibly hard due to the ice fog present in the display freezer, so it took some time, as there was no one else behind me. Nonetheless, the worker seemed visibly annoyed. I took my time to select so I could be pleased with my order, and once I paid, the worker said that the tip doesn't have to be cash but can be added to the card. With the level of service I just experienced, who would tip? Ice cream was good but the level of service was abysmal so I’m being more than fair giving 2 stars.

Service is everything but if you can’t simply be warm, kind and helpful, why work in the service industry? You'll get better service at a convenience store buying your own pint of ice cream than coming...

If I could give this place no stars I would. The assistant manager(Yanira) is not fit to be the person in a managerial position.I was at this location last night and i ordered a like it size, I wanted two mix-ins (caramel and sprinkles ). I am very aware that you only get one free mix in and that you have to pay an additional 99¢ for another mix-in.My problem here is when I asked for a refund because I felt that charging me 99¢ per scoop of sprinkles is completely absurd. Yanira told me she’s not giving me a refund because nothing is wrong with the ice cream. I continued to ask her for my money back because I no longer wanted the ice cream she stilled said no. It wasn’t until I called corporate and complained to them and they told me “ to call the cops if she doesn’t give me my money back “. She is someone who shouldn’t be a manager and need retraining when it comes to...

Lesslye Hernandez isnt telling the truth. The girl that works there is actually is very nice and really does her job well. she has a great vibe snd really knows how to take care of her customers. Lesslye Hernaandez is a liar and clearly dont got nothing to do with her life other than ruin others. dont listen to this brainless woman😭. she was just impatient and clearly didnt understand that they just wanted to fix her order and didnt want to disappoint her but she was too impatient and rude. This place has great customer service and has great workers. Def recommend this place. Especially the girl that works there she is very nice and will make sure to take care of you. Some people just think they own the world or something. Once again don’t listen to this women. Customer service is great and everyone there does their job...
