Michael Deli & Grill — Restaurant in New York

I give one star because the French fries was good. I ordered chicken wings as well they hurried the cooking process, it wasn’t well done. The entire wings was raw it had no season on it when I took a bite I had to spit it out and throw up after. . I didn’t get to return to the deli I call them a lot of times to ensure nobody else get this experience, they keep cutting the calls off or sometimes they acted as if they wasn’t hearing me. It’s a deli I always look forward going to and I’m always spending my money there, so for them not to have a care in the world about my experience I’ll never support them again. If the tall guy is there just walk out, he is the worst with making anything. Check your food before you leave. This guy always get creative with my order, refuses to make it the way I ask. How the hell do yo uh mess up a eggs with bacon platter and home fries? He chopped up the bacon and mixed with the eggs which made them dry and satly!! I never asked for them to be made like that

Update 12/29/18 Still cant get a simple order right ask for a egg and bacon plate with butter toast....forgets the toast then turns around and gives some pre made toaster with no butter

First of all I’d like to say, if you haven’t tried their tacos you’re missing out on life. I absolutely love and frequent the deli because I am heavily addicted to their steak tacos, and for breakfast I often get the bagels/ coffee

Every-time Im greeted with a positive attitude, amazing friendly service and they’re always super professional. The place is kept extremely clean, organized, and the variety of foods, snacks and groceries is plenty. I absolutely love the guys who work there and they’ve become family....
