I went there with my family few times we always pay tips . I understand that restaurant service they make money through paychecks and tips . Their food is good no complain on that . But when bills time come I was signing the paper and they stuff way standing top of my head and pointing where to see the tips and how much I should pay and rushing me. That’s not how it goes. I was thinking I’m going to pay the tips cash . She was not moving at all and didn’t even let me think at all. I was so annoyed by her behavior . Then I just paid tips on my card and got out . My sister and mom was behind me . That lady had stop my mom and my sister and she didn’t let them go so I went inside to see what happened. She was not satisfied with her tips and she was telling them to call me . So I can give her more tips . I asked what happened. She behaved so rude with me and told us in-front of the whole store . This not how they should do client service. You wanna get tips be humble let your clients do their own thing or put service charge that you think fit for your restaurant. You can’t hold a client door and tell them not to come in the restaurant if they didn’t give you tips that you wanted. Be humble and don’t act and make clients so uncomfortable before they can tip you. Maybe then they will give you nice tips. That was such a bad experience. Ruin my whole mode . That’s...
Read moreI get take out or dine in all the time. The last and present delivery guy isn't too friendly but F that. They are not making my food and I continuously tip them well. I have tried many things on the menu and I have only been disappointed by the duck salad and mussels. The past year has given extra burnt pieces of duck with smaller portions and increased prices. The mussels arent fresh. I haven't tried the Teriyaki, Udon or dessert dishes because I am uninterested. Years ago Sake Suhi used to be my go to spot but they fell off...badly. I am happy to have a new spot in the vicinity that keeps me satisfied. I hope their customer base grows so they never leave. This place takes cash and credit. I have tried all the sake and I am unimpressed. They do NOT serve hot sake. If you are looking for a drink with sushi just order to-go and buy a bottle of wine on your way home. The sushi bar itself is tight space and it's better to get a table. There are about 10 tables here, mostly 4-seaters. I have ordered for catering. It wasn't delivered on time, but the order was accurate an delicious. All in all, I do...
Read moreCame here for lunch 2 days ago. I asked which types of vegetables were in the spring rolls and the waiter said she did not know. I asked if she could ask the kitchen staff/chef and she laughed at me saying that no one knows because they order these frozen foods from other companies. But shouldn't restaurants know what is in the food they are ordering?
Anyway, once the spring rolls came, I was surprised that they were fried, I thought it would be the spring rolls made out of rice paper. I used a chopstick to break one open to see what type of vegetables were inside. It was carrots and white noodles that were extremely wet and undercooked. I asked for it to be taken back as its not edible. The waitress refused to take it back, saying that because I broke one they can't serve it to other customers and that I needed to pay for it. Why would a restaurant take food that was rejected by one customer, even if it looked okay, and serve it to another?? That is unsafe and disgusting. What if the previous customers touched it, coughed on it, etc?...
