Anthropologie — Local services in Niles Township

While anthropologie has a great selection of clothing and home goods, I will NEVER order from their online website again. Placed three orders in the last two months and have to say their warehouse/fulfillment is a nightmare! Two of the orders were delivered containing the WRONG ITEM.....not even close in style OR size! When you order a black tie maxi dress in a 12 and receive a beaded mini dress in a 2, theres a problem. Returned it in store same day as receipt and was told it was no longer available, refund processed. A couple weeks later i received a notification the dress was again available so i placed the order....again. Waited 3 weeks before calling and was told it was still processing...? received an email it had been shipped on the 17th of April with a tracking number.....No item. Called 10 days later and was told it must be "lost". No further explanation. If your are ordering something you LOVE, find it in a store nearby, DO NOT order online or you may be totally dsappointed. While I understand things happen, I have never had this experience with any other online retailer. Online...

Really reeeally fun store. The selection is great, some of the things that I wouldn't even think look good when I see them on the rack, looked hella snazzy on the body. I wasn't wearing them myself, but the workers there are not only extremely helpful, but also pretty dang knowledgeable. I mean, who knows fashion like that?? We felt like we were in a TV show or a high end runway with the pairings and suggestions the sales associate gave us. She was so damn good, showing us how to style things and what pairs with what and what works for which body type etc etc. Even I found something that looked good on me (the store seems mostly suited for females I guess, but some of those hats are fantastic and worked on me too 😉).

In conclusion, what are you doing still reading this? Go have fun at anthropology already damn it! 😎

I ordered a dress on 7/10and last shipping update was 7/13 with an estimated delivery of 7/16. I have contacted Anthropologie 4 times and no one is taking responsibility for the package being lost.
