After reading all of these reviews, I really wish I'd read them before booking. I booked a room on the 50th floor, which was the best part of the unit. Upon checking in, we were told an early check-in was not available. Fine!!! Get into our unit at 330pm as they kept stating that the unit was not ready until exactly 3pm due to them cleaning it. We get up to the unit and find that it was completely filthy, and their whole schpeel about it being cleaned is just that a bold face lie. I took pictures of the filthy unit among other issues with it and sent to stripview suites "customer care." They stated they were contacting their housekeeping team. That night at 11 p.m., we got a call in our unit asking if they could come in the morning to clean our carpet. I said, of course, I'll be leaving for the day at 930am. Someone showed up at 8 a.m., and I answered the door. He looked scared, said something in Spanish, and walked away. Once I left at 915, I told the front desk I was leaving so they could clean carpets. They stated they'd put in a housekeeping ticket. I tried explaining that I had already talked with the host but was cut off every time I tried speaking. Needless to say, the carpet never got cleaned. I took pictures of it with my feet in socks so they could really see how dirty it was. I had been messaging with them, so they were very aware of the issues at hand.|On the day of checkout, my flight was canceled until 6 pm, so i asked for a 3pm checkout and was told absolutely not, but I could check out at 12 for an additional $50. I told them via messages that I was very gracious with the filthy unit and felt that late checkout could possibly help the bad feelings I was having. They told me no. I called to speak with whoever I was messaging with but was told she was busy. I requested a call back. The lady then said HOLD ON and put me on a 42-minute hold. That was so uncalled for.|In reading all the other reviews I'm seeing that this is a frequent issue, and stripview suites generic answers to all of them, which were basic and the same to everyone. I don't think asking for a refund is an unfair request. I've used Air b&b for many years and have never had this issue. In fact, we went to Florida last year because we were unable to use the pool they refunded the total amount I paid immediately and I didn't even complain, they called me to let me know of the pool maintenance and refund. I told them no worries as it was a beautiful beachfront penthouse and I could swim in the ocean. They still refunded me. Now THAT is good customer service. I expect a refund of the whole amount, and if not the whole amount, then I at the very least expect half of my money back. I don't want to read your generic answer to my VERY VALID CONCERN. If you truly cared about what people think, you'd do more to rectify the situation instead of just saying that you understand and will use this as a learning tool. Clearly, that is bull considering that numerous other people have complained of the same issues. I've attached numerous pictures of the filthy unit and even broken things in the unit.|Again, I don't need to, nor do I want to hear the same old response. Refund is the only thing I want and needs to...
Read moreFrom the moment we arrived at the MGM Signature, our experience with Strip View Suites was exceptional. We were warmly welcomed at the entrance by guest services, and to our surprise and delight, we were able to check in immediately and head straight to our room—no waiting, no luggage drop-off. That level of efficiency and hospitality set the tone for a truly memorable stay.
Upon entering the suite, I was thrilled to discover the floors were not carpeted—a detail that may seem minor to some, but for me, it made all the difference. Hard flooring in a hotel setting speaks to a higher standard of cleanliness and comfort, and I deeply appreciated that thoughtful touch.
While the view wasn’t a direct overlook of the Strip, it still offered a vibrant glimpse into the surrounding energy and activity of Las Vegas. For those planning to attend the Grand Prix in November 2025, this location is ideal—close enough to catch the excitement without being overwhelmed by the crowds.
A special thank you to Marie, who went above and beyond to stay in contact throughout our visit. Her updates on local events, recommendations, and availability for any questions made the experience feel personal and attentive. That kind of interaction transforms a stay from transactional to truly welcoming.
The property’s proximity to the MGM Grand, with easy access to The Strip and Monorail services, made getting around incredibly convenient. The suite itself was beautifully appointed, featuring a spacious bathroom, a well-equipped kitchenette, and a clean, modern aesthetic that made us feel right at home.

Read moreWe have stayed at StripView Suites at Signature twice within the last two months. Upon arrival of our first stay (and after the 3pm checkin time) our room was not clean. The beds were not made the televisions were on, there was dirty dishes in the sink and bathroom had not been mopped and smelled of urine. We contacted the StripView representative, we were asked to leave and come back in an hour to allow for housekeeping to clean. Although it was an inconvenience to our plans we had no choice.|Because of it's proximity to our business and family in the area we chose to book same location the following month. This time we booked directly with the StripView Suites website. This is our warning Don't book your reservation based off pictures associated with listing. Our room did not match pictures. Each listing has a different set of photos. It's a bait and switch and very deceptive to present one version of a room and get something different than what is shown on the pictures associated with the unit. After several conversations with representatives I was told by May they would give me a full refund if I chose to not stay. After securing another reservation, I followed instructions given by both the front desk and SVS rep that any changes to reservation had to be made through the SVS (which I did by phone with gentlemen named France). After a few days of not receiving a refund and speaking with SVS rep, they didn't honor agreement of a refund, stating since I couldn't provide proof of conversion or proof of check out by front desk. |This company is not interested in guest satisfaction and once you sign agreement of no refund you are hostage to whatever unit...
