The Signature at MGM Grand - Tower 2 — Hotel in Paradise

Was a little disappointed with the fact that my friend checked in a couple hours before I arrived. I picked up my room key when I arrived. I asked about parking and they said if you’re friend already parked they can’t take my car and I’ll have to park at the MGM Grand. 25 a night. However I wasn’t sure my friend even took her car as she flew out. So I was like I don’t think she parked here. The guy said talk to the valet in the front. Rooms are good I'd say. But man the front desk not working with housekeeping is annoying. Front desk won't help at all and just defers blame to the 3rd party for everything.

When first arrived there was a very angry woman complaining about how the restroom was flooding and had no towels to shower since 6am and it was 1pm at that time. Front desk just kept deferring blame and wasn't working on solutions.

Total non communication. Im sure they save money using 3rd party but the times I've dealt with Front desk have been very dismissive experiences with no work towards solutions. Management needs to improve...
