Food was good but one thing I can’t stand is when I state clearly my order and I still receive incorrect/missing food. Make sure the woman at the register repeats your order back to you because, I clearly stated twice what I wanted for “take out” and got all the way to my room in Tower 3 I noticed items missing. I immediately called down to the restaurant and was prepared to take that long walk back to retrieve what was missing and the male associate said I wasn’t charged for the item after I clearly said my order twice. I really wanted the extra side order sausage that was suppose to be in my order but since the register clerk didn’t ring me up for it I resulted in having an incomplete order because she didn’t pay attention. It seems like the lady at the register was distracted. Even when I was checking out (card not even placed in machine yet) still at the register she was yelling over me and taking a non patient/eager woman’s order. It wasn’t even busy in there at the time to be doing that. Make sure she repeats the order to you or be disappointed. Unfortunately, I have no receipt so I can’t even...
Read moreNot so much. Pretty run down and not worth the money since drastically raising prices. Our friends find it creepy and won’t come back. We actually use to like it but with the rising cost there is little value. Place is run down and you literally are competing for the private tubs and can wait a long while for chlorinated water. When prices were just a little over a hundred for these run down, dusty cottages and trailers it was a 2-3 star after our last experience. Even had cool pictures promoting it to a degree. Not so much anymore. Even the last host with glasses and dreadlocks was so rude to some guests and even us and we were regulars. We no longer see average to good value. It’s janky and between the cost of a full tank of gas’s, bringing your own water and amenities plus food, it’s just way too over priced for what it is. We were contemplating booking and giving it another try but wife laughed at me. We see value in places like Zion, resorts and vacations but this place does not...
Read moreOne of those places that when you order online they ask for a tip and you MUST enter one before you can check-out and pay online. I learned a long time ago, I don't tip until I get my food and have good service.
I ordered the Chicken Parmesan Sandwich w/fries ($21) and a coke ($6). I was staying in Tower III and the restaurant is a very quick walk between the towers to Tower II. They were still preparing my meal when I arrived...the server gave me my bottled Coke and I waited for the hot food. She brought it out and I took the quick walk to my tower and an even quicker elevator ride to the 4th floor......the food is already cold. I went ahead and took a bite of the sandwich and it was as bland as a piece of cardboard with some marinara sauce. I was thinking of trying breakfast there tomorrow.....but that...
