9.18.25: Alex, the Massage Therapist assigned to me, was exceptional! I get a lot of massages & was intrigued by this new MT chain. So I booked this morning & took advantage of the September special: $30 off an 80-minute, usually $160 priced, massage. If you choose to sign up for a monthly membership, it’s $125 for an 80 min massage. However, I just got out of a gym w/ a contract & am a little skittish about another membership situation. Anyway! I’m fine with a male or female therapist as I’ve had positive experiences w/ both & was randomly given Alex.

The vibe when I walked in was chill. Then when you go into the back, the space is separated into smaller rooms w/ heavy duty curtains + a heavy duty sound machine playing ocean waves. That truly sounds like you’re next to the ocean & you can’t hear any other therapists/clients. It’s quiet and serene.

Alex gave a flowing, relaxing massage. His style incorporated lots of different strokes – I really appreciated his working extra on my calves & how the whole massage was seamless like he was in the zone. He radiates positive energy/kindness & is truly gifted. I opted for the Gua Sha add-on for $15 extra on legs & feet. Gua Sha is a gentle scraping technique w/ this rose quartz crystal tool. It’s supposed to make micro tears in the skin (not cuts) which trigger the body to repair, calming inflammation and creating further relaxation. Thanks for working out all the tension today, Alex!
