This salon changed my life! Blond ladies I have finally found an actual blond specialist after 17 years in the valley. My sister has been seeing Margie at this salon for 6 years. She convinced me to book an appointment with Margie after having another horrifying experience at another salon. Margie not only gave me the best haircut I have ever had but she actually completely color corrected my hair and created the most beautiful platinum blond hair. I have had my hair ruined sooooooo many times by stylists pretending they are blond specialists. Margie is absolutely amazing and knows what she is doing. She has a great personality and i had a great time chatting with her. She knew i needed to have my hair done at a certain time so she came in early just to accomodate me. The salon is very relaxing and the people are very nice and laid back also. My experience start to finish was nothing but the best. I have been to a million different salons in my day and this salon felt like going to the spa, it was lux. Margie gave me a shoulder, head, hand massage and tea tree oil scalp treatment. After she colored my hair I got the botanical treatment which I highly recommend. My hair is soft, healthy and feels amazing after the color treatment which never happens when you are a blond. Margie is worth her weight in gold, I will never go to another salon. Ladies if you have been duped by other salons ruining your blond hair give Margie a chance. I went in for a very light cut and a touch up for melt. I just had moved her from Atlanta. I asked what the range is, fully know there are different levels in the aveda salons. I was booked with one of the high end (priced) colorist without being informed. I was sticker shocked. I paid more for a touch up ( and it literally took her 5 mins to rein my hair) than a cut and full melt color in Atlanta. It was above the range I was given when I asked for the breakdown, after tipping 20%, I was told there was a 35.00 bowl fee. I never received an informed explanation on what a bowl fee is.

I called the next day and was dismissed by the receptionist about the price and bowl fee. As a business owner, I would want to know any unhappy new customer.

An automatic text gets sent out asking for a survey and I replied that I would not recommend the salon... again as a small business owner, I would've responded right away to see how to make things right.

The color didn't last ( I'm aware on how to take care if color) and she didn't take enough off that I had split ends right away and don't blow dry or straighten my hair.

Jason rocks! I’ve been to this salon several times and have always gone back because it’s a great Aveda salon. Due to my travel schedule my appts are always last minute and I get who I get....the salon is extremely accommodating and I am always able to get in when I need to. However, this last time I went in I had a stylist that I have never been with before...Jason. He is by far my favorite!! He listened to what my concerns were, discussed with me options, and the outcome was fantastic. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and a pleasure to talk to. He was perfect!
