She did a laser treatment on my face ... It was on the wrong setting 😲..... Luckily no permanent damage ! There is always risks involved ... But going in for 1 treatment, and they have it on a setting for a different treatment is really weird in my head 🤷‍♀️ at least they admitted to it and was nice.Enough to give me two free sample creams ... They are about the size of a quarter sample creams ... Went in for a bruise treatment. Which bruises can happen on anything any treatments out there?But this was to help remove it, and it was on the wrong setting... I believe she said it was for pigmentation ... So therefore it was actually more bruises .... Have the treatment done on a saturday .. Came back on a tuesday to talk to them about it . That's when they told me it was on the wrong setting. They were willing to do another treatment, but I put on self tanner.So it would not work plus I was a bit skeptical to do it again with them on top of it ... I understand we are human and make mistakes.....But....... After posting this, they offered me a complimentary...
