The little yoga studio really is little, but if you're into a cozy studio that feels warm and welcoming, this is a great place for you. I liked it immediately, and the teachers are awesome. They have a variety of classes, from yoga sculpt with weights to relaxation yoga. They also do teacher training classes, and will have community classes for their trainees to test run their skills.

You must first enroll for a class ONLINE - to merely look at the small one-room-box studio, which does not even have a tiny reception area, or a tiny window in the only door. And you'll need to find STREET parking; good luck with that.

I found the owner/mgr to behave very arrogantly when I tried to just look at the studio. Another reviewer at the time of my writing described her as "combative."
