Star bucks. I am actually contacting corporate . Starbucks experience across from Olgethorpe mall in Savannah Georgia. Part of Chatham Plaza.

I waited in line. Placed my order. Lets back up. I stopped going to Starbucks with my friends daily because never fails the hot coffee was never ever even warm . it was cool. I was going home and decided to stop I havnt been in months. Ordered small regular black coffee with cream and vanilla syrup. And two chocolate croissants for myself and a friend. After I paid and i always tip as well I was pulling off the coffee was so cold and bitter. It was almost like they poured cold coffee that had been sitting there and added cream and vanilla without even heating anything at all. Gross I spit it out it was so bad. To me star bucks is costly for the quality you receive always has been. Its like a fad thats in and like the Jones' we have to keep up. Anyway mind you their were two people at the window. I didn't see name tags on either so I asked them their names and one said Carly. The person had on a thick quilted scully dark colored hat.very rude. Not personable at all. It looked as if the person was training an Asian Iam presuming girl. She didnt tell me her name. She seemed very timid and nervous around Carly. As if she couldn't make a mistake. I didnt speak once I went around the second time in the speaker I his went around cause I didnt want to confuse them. I wanted to explain about my coffee. And from retail to being regional manager of a restaurant myself. It would confuse the cash register people so we would jus ask them to come around. So once I got to the window Carly and the Aslan/oriental girl were at the window and the oriental girl in training looked so scared. I explained what happened when I received my coffee. Carly with the hat yells out very firmly at me. You didnt say anything at the window so you have to go around again. Because its not fair to the people behind you. I said I didnt say anything cause I have already ordered. And paid i am coming back around to explain about my cold coffee. Carly says you have to go around again. I was so upset this person was even working in customer service and how this person Carly was talking at me . I was appauled. So I sat the coffee at the window ledge and it fell off. I didnt want to keep this person waiting behind me as Carly stated any longer. They didnt even notice I didnt order or had a problem or anything. The car behind me. This is awful I am reporting .

I made a mobile order for a dbl chocolate frappuccino with whipped cream and mocha drizzle. When I arrived at the drive thru I was told my order would be ready when I got to the window. With 2 people ahead of me, I watched as the employee just stood there doing nothing while everyone else worked around him to fix the drinks. As I approach the window he asked me what my drinks were? That's what customers tell you as they enter the drive thru. As I tell him, again, I have a mobile order, he said they are still making it (which was fine because I knew it would be fresh). I then watch this same employee, who did not make my drink, top it with whipped cream and a lid...forgot the mocha drizzle. As I pointed this out because "it's not right" he proceeded to force the mocha drizzle through the straw hole in the lid which caused a mocha eruption!!! His fix...put the cup that is now covered in mocha syrup into another cup and top it with another lid...then wrap it in a wad of napkins to hand it to me...uh NO!!! I asked him to fix it by cleaning up the mess so that it doesn't get all over me and my car, what does he say to me??? "Don't talk to me like that lady!" Really???? You screw up and then you are RUDE to me when I ask you to fix the item I am paying for??????? I have never been so mad and I assure you if that person worked for me and he treated a customer the way he treated me, he would have been fired on the spot! I suggest that the management at the White Bluff location in Savannah GA, who while he was trying to fix the issue had to tell this same rude employee to back away from the window he was being so rude, send him packing or he is going to kill your business at that...
Read moreToday Nov 7,2023 me and my husband ordered coffee and sandwiches via drive thru. My order was a Hot Caramel Macchiato, upon receiving the coffee I tasted it and it taste just like a hot steamed milk so i remove the cover and stir it to see it if would make a difference and it didn’t. I did not taste coffee I did not taste caramel did not taste vanilla syrup.I told the person on the window that my coffee taste like a steamed milk no coffee flavor at all and no caramel no syrup flavor. She said it has coffee but just a little. I told her that I order this kind of coffee on that same store almost every week and sometimes 3x a week or even more, I told her I know how my coffee taste like. She ask me if I want them to remake my coffee but it surely looks like she was annoyed at me, no service with a smile 😆. And so I finally got my “remake” coffee and it taste even worst. Taste like a instant coffee with steamed milk no caramel flavor and syrup flavor. I think I wont be coming to this Starbucks location for a while 😆. Just for the information I have been drinking Hot Caramel Macchiato by Starbucks even before I came to the US and i know when it is made right. It is my choice of coffee from Starbucks for like 10yrs now. So if I say its made not right it is not made right.
