Hotel appears to have 3 elevators, only one actually works (only one of the 3 is for the public, it’s not that the other 2 were broken). The parking isn’t included, it’s over $40 PER night in a parking garage that isn’t even secured/locked. Your room also won’t be secure but I’ll get into that later. The parking garage isn’t handicapped accessible, there are only stairs to get down from wherever you park and you can’t take the stairs back up so good luck there. The one elevator that services this hell hole takes 5min minimum, it’s faster to take the stairs even if you’re on the 11th floor. To get back to your car in the sketchy and very narrow parking garage, you take the stairs down to the lobby (11 flights for us) then there aren’t stairs to get you back UP to your car (cause that would make too much sense). Instead, you have to walk back out into the parking garage and walk around and around and around and up until you eventually get to the level you parked on, and meanwhile hope a car doesn’t hit you coming around the corner because it’s such a tight space and blind corners and you have no choice but to walk where the cars drive. Then I got to walk 11 flights back up to my room. You can bet I’ll never forget my charger in my car again for the rest of my stay . The keys you get to your room not only open your room but also other peoples rooms in the hotel - I know this because I accidentally went to the wrong room and my key worked on some poor random persons room and then also worked for my actual room once I found it. Thankfully I didn’t get shot by the random people who’s room I walked into. I have the extra lock on in my room and just hoping for the best I suppose….Hopefully I don’t get murdered by someone who decides to come into my room with the universal keys they provide guests. Something I find very odd as well is that there is no hair conditioner in the shower. The Super 8 motel has conditioner, and that’s a much cheaper place to stay. I’ve never stayed in a hotel/motel/air bnb that doesn’t have conditioner. UPDATE: the handle for the shower fell off (see pics) the handle is surprisingly very heavy as it’s solid metal. It would have easily broken a toe but luckily I moved my foot fast enough and the handle dented the shower door instead of breaking my toe. I wasn’t yanking or pulling on the handle, just turning the water on and it fell off. Also the hot/cold water is backwards, that took a bit to figure out why the shower wasn’t getting warm when the handle was all the way on the hot side. Also another accessibility issue, you can sort of see in 2nd picture, the shower head has a bar where a removable shower head is supposed to be for those who need to sit on the provided bench while showering, however there is no shower head on it, it’s just for looks, there is only a fixed shower head that only reaches your lap (water didn’t even reach my belly button) if you are sitting on the seat in the shower. So if you book this hotel room for the accessible shower, just know you won’t be able to use the shower unless you stand. As far as the managers response to my review, I’d like to clarify that the elevators were NOT broken as they try and make it seem in their response. There are 3 elevators, one is for staff only, one is only accessible with staff key, and only the one middle elevator is actually for the public, which takes forever unfortunately as it’s a large hotel and many people need to use it.

Upon viewing the website or even upon first arrival you are greeted with a superficially posh surface. This hotel has a strange polished patina to it but do not let that fool you this is a motel it is scuzzy in the most peculiar ways. First of all it is evident that the Warwick hotel goes to lengths to present a great first impression. But that is hiding something gross before utilizing the bathroom I had to scrub the grout around the bathtub it was noticeably cracked and disgusting. I almost chose not to bathe and would have if it was not actually quite hot outside in Seattle for a change. Other details destroyed this experience please have a look at the photos from within the room that I stayed at I was tempted to ask for a different room because it was so disgusting I have stayed in cleaner more comfortable hotel 6s. Another note that should be taken very seriously is a hotel is a place to sleep and to rest a place to lay your head away from home. In this room there was some mechanical device in the ceiling that would occasionally come on and rattle the rafters then upon operating for 10 to 15 minutes would shut off and hiss like a snake. not that I care much the television had no signal and there are light switches in the unit that do absolutely nothing for the price you think they'd clean the bathroom. There is a parking facility next to the Warwick that has no elevators and the stairwell looks like a place where one might expect to encounter an aggressive hobo. I accidentally dropped a large glass container in the parking area and went to the door man and indicated that it was a hazard. The guy actually looked at me like why don't you clean that up and was surprised when I indicated that he should get someone to do it. Because I don't travel with a broom and it's kind of their job to clean up after guests. I am a creature of some considerable conscientiousness and it is definitely my inclination to clean up after myself but at this price point and given the nature of the mess coupled with the attitude of the doorman well I was happy to let them do it.

Out of their control but the parking garage is super narrow and hard to get out of, when another car is coming up someone ends up having to back up, so if you're anxious to drive in something like that id rethink driving in there. I was under the impression there was free breakfast when I booked this stay, and when I asked about it I was told no there is no free breakfast with your stay. The room I was in would have been nice if it was cleaned well but there were stains on the bed and carpet and sticky spots on surfaces. The staff in the restaurant were extremely rude when I came in 32 minutes before close, my group got in late and we were unsure where to eat, when we went in and sat at the bar I heard one employee ask the other where we sat and she said at the bar he replied "oh great". When he greeted us and we asked about food the lady he was talking to very annoyed sounding yelled "they close in 7 minutes", even though Google says they closed at 10. Another employee once again came to "get us started" and as she was handing us our menus she looked at her watch and said "kitchen closes soon, what can I get started for you" also seeming very annoyed. I had a long day and was stressed so I left crying while my sibling told them we won't be ordering and figured out where else to go eat. We were told we can't have fresh towels until the following day when we asked for a couple more, I have never been to a hotel that doesn't have spare towels to give out. The hot tub was cold, the staff was rude and ignored us when we tried to ask about why and if there was a way to fix it. I was 2 hours late to check in and still had to wait for our room to be fully inspected and was told I would receive a discount on the room rate and parking for the first night for the inconvenience but when I checked out and for the receipt it not only isn't discounted but the room rate was more than I was quoted when I booked the room online. And lastly there were two small fuji waters in the room with a $6 charge per bottle which I find ridiculous so I gave the front desk the bottles so no one in my room would open one. And in the end I was charged the $12 for both bottles and had to call to get a refund.

Never coming back to this hotel. The staff was mostly rude, unhelpful and made me feel like I was in their way the...

I used the restroom in our room upon our arrival and found multiple hairs in the bathroom within the first couple minutes. One long curly hair in the fancy folded hand towel, another one in the tub and one on the sink ledge. There were also smears of what appeared to be makeup in the sink and dirt of some sort around the faucet that easily wiped clean with a washcloth. Then as I walked further into the room, I saw a Bobby pin on the floor. Was the room cleaned at all? My confidence was rapidly decreasing. We went down to the reception desk on the way to dinner to tell the front desk, but didn’t want to wait in the long line and decided to wait until we got back from dinner. However, when we spoke to the front desk clerk about it after we returned she asked when we had checked in and said we should have told them as soon as possible (so now it’s our fault?). She offered a couple times to have housekeeping come and do an “inspection”, but as we were tired and didn’t want to wait for said inspection, she said she could comp us breakfast. We already had breakfast plans so that wasn’t helpful. She said they were sold out and that she couldn’t move us to a clean room. I was disappointed that there was really no apology or other way offered to make it up to us. So I asked if we could at least get a set of clean towels as I didn’t want to have to use one with hairs on it. She said she would have some sent up soon. In fact a few minutes later, she was the one that brought towels up to our room. I’m not sure if the lack of cleanliness is due to short staffing? Do the desk clerks do housekeeping as well? At any rate, I was very disappointed in the room and in the customer service. For the money we spent I would expect at the very least a clean room. The water stains on the desk lamp shade and the peeling wall paper didn’t add to the charm. The views of the city and the water were very nice though….and the only reason I’m giving 2 stars. The cold reception at the front desk when we checked out was the icing on top. No thank yous or asking how our stay was, just busy work to get us out of there. I will never stay here again and definitely do not...
