Bought a Phone case and screen protector from here, left the store and it did not fit my phone, I came back to the store to exchange the products. When I originally bought them, the receipt did not print so I didn’t get one, and that was my fault for not asking them to reprint it. However after coming back to exchange the items, they did not have a phone case that was able to fit my phone. I asked if there was a way i could get my money back and the kind young man with glasses was eager to help me. When trying to process the refund, the machine kept declining my card. We did not know why and he called his manager over to assist. They were discussing potential solutions on how i would get my money back, and he suggested giving me cash. Now i work in retail/entertainment and I completely understand the frustration behind a receipt-less return. However, his manger Pam, began to complain about how much paperwork she would have to fill out and blamed the young man for trying to help me. He snickered in sympathy for her and she then said “oh you’re laughing? You think this is funny? I’m going to have to fill out so much paperwork because of this and that’s so much work.” She was being very disrespectful to her co worker in front of me for trying to HELP ME. That’s his job. Read moreJust came into Five Below today. Got my items, headed to the cash register that was open and walk up to the lady and she yells at me to use the self checkout which is usually closed. Because she’s tired of the bullshit in her words and put my hands up and said fine , got to self checkout which out and she took another customer perfectly fine. So I give guys one star review because the experience I had today walking in. And I didn’t argue with her at all either. But I get if you’re having a stressful day but if the person is gonna be that nasty towards any customer that person should not be in retail. Read moreI went on the 5th of July to get balloons for my son's birthday weekend. I bought balloons there and brought 1 balloon to be filled. Well ended up being a dud unfortunately. Brandon is who helped me and was patient and tried his best to fix the issue. I very much appreciated and wanted the management to recognize his patience and helpfulness and customer service.
This was all despite other customers interrupting him as he was already hands tied with another customer. I also wanted to mention the lady who was on the register next to him (the cashier) had just as much patience and was getting those customers in and out while handling the ones trying to overstep other customers being helped first.
