I had multiple horrible experiences at the Burlington at this store. My cashier was named Hameeda. When shopping I found a purse that I really liked however, it had small spots on the right and left side. I brought it to the cashiers attention and she said you can wipe it off. I then proceeded to tell her I shouldn’t have to wipe any thing off because I should be buying this purse new. She then told me there was nothing she could do when asking if a percentage could be taken off because of the damaging marks. I then asked to speak to a manager. She brought over a lady. I believe she said her name was Auroro. But the line was so long and loud I could hardly hear. This manager was extremely rude with her words and had no care regarding me as a customer. In addition she also informed me when asked about a percentage being taken off that they do not do that in a disrespectful tone. In addition to my register experience there was also water dripping all over the store from the ceiling. (I asked an employee and she informed be it was from the ceiling). The store had certain items soaked on the shelves because of the water as well as on the floor. At one point I almost slipped in the dressing room because of the water and no caution wet floor sign around. Water also fell on my head getting in my hair on multiple occasions when walking around the store. It was disgusting. I will be contacting corporate. No store should have these horrible shopping conditions. I will not be...
Read moreI visited the Arundel Mills location. I waited in line over 30 minutes bc there were four lines (with a light on) but only one cashier actually checking out customers. When I heard “next in line” I proceeded to the register. While on my way over the cashier stated “I didn’t sign up for this!” When I approached the register I was not acknowledged. Instead of “Hello” or “Did you find everything okay” I was asked “Are you buying everything in your cart?” Duh! So as items were being scanned I noticed multiple items were being scanned twice and the cashier had to void them. When the cashier was done she didn’t read my total to me so I had to check the screen to A) Make sure the total was correct after all the voided transactions and B) Make sure everything scanned was mine bc there were so many miscellaneous items on the counter. After paying she never thanked me for visiting, and in fact had an attitude. I asked her name bc she wasn’t wearing a name tag and clearly didn’t want to be at work. Instead of saying her name she grabs my receipt out of my bag and points to her name like she’s mute. So I said “What is your name” and she finally said “Yamaya.” So sad this Burlington’s makes the most money in the area (per corporate) and they treat their customers like this.I would definitely terminate Yamaya who could care less about customer service. I always spend $200-$400 each visit. I’ll be taking my money elsewhere bc this store is unprofessional, unorganized and not...
Read moreBEWARE!!! If I could give it No stars I would! I was put in physical danger tonight! I waited in line for 45 mins, in which time the mall entrance was closed, meaning I was in line at 7:15, checked out, per the receipt at 8:04 and they pulled the gate separating me from my husband. I was then told I had to walk outside, by myself, in the dark to the next exit which is the food court I soon found out. They wouldn't let my husband come in nor I out. I explained my fears of walking by myself in the dark and was told he didn't care! Now, they only had 2 registers open in the entire store thus the incredibly long wait to checkout resulting in my endangerment. No, i'm not exactly one to pull the "I'm a helpless female card", but that particular stretch doesn't have a sidewalk, it is in between the casino parking garage and the rear mall with concrete walls that people can go behind etc. Its an incredibly dangerous area to be by your self at night, especially in a parking lot that has seen violence, shootings etc. This was completely unacceptable!...
