I do not even know where to begin!? We've had the best experience at mattresses plus more, that we're just stunned! So if you're like my husband and I, that just want to go in to a mattress store and be able to lay on a few beds without being harassed then this is the store for you! All we wanted to do is just test out a few beds, lay on some and decide which feels best to us without having a sales person basically talk our ear off about why that particular bed we layed on is so great! Because science proved that this or that happens with this bed and bla bla bla, we really do not care about that technical stuff we just want to lay on the bed and see if it meets our needs of comfortability, that's it! At this mattress store we were greeted by the amazing Mrs. Lisa, who is so friendly and not pushy or harassing at all! She let my husband and I, lay on any of the beds and we would ask questions that we might have had and she would answer any of them. It literally felt like just hanging out and relaxing on a bed at a friends house. Lisa was able to work out all the details for us in terms of payment arrangements/financing and it was super painless and easy. Ultimately we got the most expensive bed because we were long overdue for a new bed and comfort was really important to us. However the bed we got is worth every penny! It's the most comfortable bed we've ever slept on and since it has fans built in the bed, no more hot, sweaty uncomfortable nights for us!! Now we have a reason to look forward to going to bed. I had gone to this store for my birthday 🥳 (yes that may sound strange) but getting a new mattress was a large investment for me. And excited to finally find something perfect for my specific needs. Walking into the store I noticed the variety of firmness, textures, temperatures, and setting variety for every bed. As if they had a mattress for any persons sleeping type. I haven’t had a mattress that touched my spine in forever because of the curve in my back. The ‘MLILY’ brand was the perfect match after looking very closely to all the brands Craig had to offer. As sweet as this man was being a perfect Angel he was telling me the availability of sizes of the mattresses he had to offer along with prices and accessories. He helped me navigate what was truly the perfect mattresses for me. Making it to fit my budget, time specifications and more. Craig was truly a sweetheart to work with me with all the pestering I threw at him and was able to answer any question I had. I would give him more stars if I possibly could. I’ve never had a matress emergency before but knew John Dena and Craig I called Friday night left message. My daughters 18 walrus broke down in Laredo texas no way to get her mattress back and had to roll out Saturday night. She had broken her back years ago and needed support and comfort in the sleeper. XL Twin pillow top firm had to be in stock to could pickup and get ready to take with her.
