I told cashier that I have a return. Put item on counter with receipt stapled to new credit card paperwork, telling her it's the third item. She said "no, that's 3.99, your item is 39.99". I asked for a manager.she refused. I again stated "the third item on receipt is 39.99". again she said "no". I said "look again". She saw it was and glared daggers at me as she proceeded. I then stacked new purchases on counter. She condescendingly smirked and said, "are we buying all this"? I responded, I need a manager. She refused. Again she said, "are We buying all this?" I replied, "you have my credit card and items are on the counter". Again, she says "are we buying All this?" I responded, "if WE are buying this, are you personally offering to pay for my purchase or are you going to get me a manager because I'm sick of your offensive tone". She leaves and returns with an angry manager. I told the older blond woman. There was no reason for her to be aggressive and rude and that I spent$300 on Sunday so there's supposed to be a discount with the new credit card. The manager said check my email. Nothing was on my email, so no discount happened. After the transaction, I rode my wheelchair around the store looking for someone of authority to request assistance putting my 60lb wheelchair into my SUV. Which they have done for a decade. I was told the blond woman was the only manager. She refused to allow anyone to assist me. I responded, that I will then have to wave down a stranger in parking lot and possibly put myself in danger because of her choice. She snickered and said it's a liability issue. I responded I won't be able to shop here again if they refuse to help me. She laughed at me. I said I'm returning these items I bought today, I don't need to give money to a store that mocks disabled people. She told a person to process the return at jewelry counter. A customer who only saw the ending of this debacle, then blocks me and accused me of bullying the manager. She follows me as I left. I felt extremely unsafe and never felt that way in that store before....
Read moreThere was one cashier and a line so long that you had to wait over 34 minutes to pay, if your lucky. We had spent two hours to shop and then had to leave our stuff because the long lines. There was no were to stand people were complaining and if someone had a problem at register or needed to return something then the wait was even longer. I had to take another hour and shop at another store to get what I just spent two hours picking out and had to leave it. People were cutting in line, and cussing and just frustrated. No manager in site to help the one poor cashier. Very disappointed.you lost over 150 dollars just on 3 items I had already put in basket plus my friends stuff, so almost 500 dollars to be disappointed with no explanation or apology from any kind of manager. The poor cashier had to hear the complaints. I really wanted those items but wasn't going to wait in line and everyone mad and irritated for them to ruin my day, my experience was so disappointing and didn't get any kind of management to apologize or help...
