Horrible customer service husband has bought several pieces including a favorite rose gold and black diamond ring.... I have have to send this ring in 3 times for diamonds falling out of chipping...When I returned for the 4th time bc of another chipped diamond they claimed my warranty was voided bc I hadn't brought it in for inspection in over a yr...false they had records I had been there in July and sent off a silver ring which I don't own or haven't ever seen...she said that it must have been and error another store made on my account bc all stores have access...profusely called me a liar when I told them I had been there in July with this ring wouldn't honor warranty...as of today they have shut down his credit line with no explanation even though we had never missed a payment and were completely paid off! store couldn't give us a reason was given a phone number they said they couldn't release that info...done with lay jewlers in general especially this store with such a...

Read moreWent to Kay’s yesterday. Walked in and normally I am greeted or acknowledged. However, today there were three employees and 2 customers in the store. I walked in and stood by the podium waiting to be acknowledged. One employee looked at me and instead of saying even a simple hello or we will be right with you. She rolled her eyes and ignored me. The second employee also looked over at me saying nothing. The third employee was cleaning cases and never once said a word or looked up. I stood there 5 mins and without anyone saying a word.
