Older Lady with the red hair and goofy bowtie in hair that I'm assuming is the manager lacks complete respect and decency around her staff and customers. New younger girl on the line with red hair who is clearly still learning being talked to disrespectfully by the manager and not being showed the proper way to do food portions. Instead, the older women is making nasty comments to the other employees right infront of us customers about how ridiculous it is. You NEVER handle issues with staff in the front of house. Not acceptable at all. And if you have an issue with a staff member, train them the proper way NOT during a dinner rush. Be patient and understanding that they are new.
I frequented this location often and will no longer after this interaction. My company and fellow companies I am partnered with do larger catering orders on a regular business from this location, that will also cease. Hopefully something is done about this situation immediately and corporate reaches out in some way and only then we may continue doing business. The manager should...
Read moreI was unimpressed with the service. All I asked for was a simple "Welcome to Chipoltle, what can I get for you?" and a smile. Instead, I get no smile and herded through the line like cattle.
The decor also left a lot to be desired. It looks like they stopped construction half way through. Seriously, concrete floors with cracks and seats that looked like they were built in someone's back yard.
Perhaps the worst part was the food... There seems to be no taste to the food except spice and the individual flavors of the elements. To say there was no seasoning would be an understatement.
I am not going to be back to this location. I have eaten at the Chipoltle restaurant in Zanesville and it was nothing like this experience. All I know is that if you are near St. Clairsville and hungry for Mexican food, there are better and more authentic Mexican restaurants to eat at without paying $6 for a burrito and getting charged for metiocer...
Read moreMy husband and I are new in town and stopped on to grab some take out for dinner. It was a little late, about 9:30 and the place looked like it had just been through a hurricane, so the fact that everything was empty didn't really bother us at all. However, upon arrival back at our hotel, once we started eating I noticed every bite I took was like eating a spoonful of salt. Generally, the chips are always over salted, so I'll pick through them and knock salt off, I have high blood pressure, so I tend to stay away from salt, but my husband didn't have chips and he was getting an extreme overpowering of salt as well. We determined that the steak we got was highly overseasoned, along with the rice, which was very heavily flavored with lime as well. We unfortunately won't be visiting again, because both of our meals were definitely not edible and a waste of nearly $30 as we ultimately could not eat them and they ended up...
