Torian Plum - Steamboat Springs Vacation Rentals — Hotel in Four Corners States

Exceeded expectations We booked a condo at Torian Plum Plaza for four days in July 2023. Booking was fast and easy. I received all of the necessary information in a timely fashion. Before we arrived, I felt confident about the check-in process and everything went smoothly. Upon arrival, Brad greeted us at the desk. He was welcoming and informative. As a traveler, I love the moment when you open the door of a new space. You never know what you are going to find on the other side of the door, as pictures online can only reveal so much. When we opened the door at Torian Plum Plaza, the first word out of our mouths was, "Wow." the condo was clean, bright, and inviting. One of the reasons we booked this particular condo was because of the promised well-appointed kitchen, and this place did not disappoint! We fixed at least two meals per day at the condo, and the kitchen had everything we needed, from measuring cups to pots and pans. With seating at the table and at the breakfast bar, we had plenty of options. We relaxed in the comfortable living room furniture. We played games out on the balcony. Our son enjoyed the pool and all three hot tubs. We used the fitness center daily, and it provided a great selection of equipment, from free weights to a treadmill. The location is prime. We had plenty of dining options within walking distance (highly recommend Slopeside!), and we enjoyed the shops and the live entertainment on the plaza. The condo is great; Perfect for a family of 3! The layout is nice and worked for our small family. Kiddo loved playing in the pool after spending the day on the slopes.

Has a lot of little extra that make cooking easy, several spices, pots and pans, crockpot and blenders!

Washer, dryer and dishwasher are all nice and quite. Making it nice to run them while you sleep.

The equipment locker is huge! We were able to fit 2 snowboard, 2 adults skies and one set of kiddo skies.

Access to the mountain was great! It’s a true ski in/out with access to the Christi lift to head out in the morning. In the evening an easy ride down the headwall run puts you at the door.

Only negatives: If you like to unpack, and not live out of your suitcase, the bedroom is small with little storage for your clothes. The unit could use blackout curtains or shades. The light from the hallway shines into the bedroom window and dining room, making it difficult to...

So the day before my booking my one and only car breaks down. I am grandma raising my twin granddaughters. I do not have a lot of money and tried to cancel and get any type of refund. They said no and not only that they cant reschedule either. In all my years, I have never worked with anyone who not make a consideration for an emergency. This is awesome. I was told the owner would lose money. This booking was a total of 917 dollars of which 300 was just resort fees, cleaning fees, etc after the 617 for the stay. horrible people to do...
