Like others reviewing here, it's Bob that makes the shop great.

Me and family have been visiting the Boat for years, the goods here vary quite a bit in variety, price, target audience. We've always found some souvenir or clothing item from the time our kids were 4.

Great thing on Bob is that he's so welcoming, sincere, and happy to answer questions not only on goods in the store but about the town and mountain.

Bob was very helpful. I bought a tee for my wife which I thought would be the right size but wasn't. When I got home to Phoenix the shirt didn't fit. Called the store and Bob was very helpful in explaining how best to exchange the shirts. He made a difficult situation a very easy fix. Thanks Bob,...
