Girlfriend and i went to this store location to shop around and return a 8x10 rug she bought a week before. Upon arrival we already had the rug neatly folded in the car and placed it into a shopping cart and entered the store. Immediately entering the store a employee willing took the cart for us so we could go to the check out counter to make the return. As soon as we started walking away the employee attempted a quick spin maneuver of the shopping cart and flipped the cart on its side dropping the rug onto the dirty store floor. It had also rained this day. I offered the employee help asking them, “Do you want help lifting the rug back into the cart?” And they declined. When we got to the counter and said we had a return for the rug near the front door, the employee at the counter said, “ok ill be right back” and walked over to the rug by the entrance with the receipt. The store is bright and well organized. They have the latest fashions and trends in home decor. The prices are great. They have everything you can think of that you want for your entire home. I love Home Goods and all the stores in the TJMaxx family. I just purchased a desk chair and some down alternative sleeping pillows. I am very pleased with the chair. It is modern and sleek. The pillows are super comfortable. They have everything you need in the way of seasonal decor. They have a lot of toys and baby items....

The place was clean. The employees were kind. I enjoyed browsing and seeing the many things they had to offer. I was able to select some great pieces with no issues. Just keep in mind that, like many retailers, what you see is what is there. There is no back storage. Something that is like to see to improve the diversity of their collection is if there were more cultural influence pieces.
