I had an incredibly disappointing experience at Qdoba. From start to finish, the service was unprofessional and apathetic. I ordered a quesadilla, which should be a simple, enjoyable meal—but what I received was anything but. The tortilla was completely burnt, with a bitter, charred taste that ruined the entire dish. Even worse, it looked like it had been carelessly tossed into the container, like slop being fed to a dog. No effort was made to present the food decently, let alone appetizingly. This kind of treatment makes me question the standards of this location. If this is how they treat paying customers, I won’t be returning. I expected much better from Qdoba and left feeling frustrated, disrespected, and hungry. Apparently they are under new management since the grand opening. Such a shame the gentlemen before running it was great.

The food was absolutely amazing—so glad to finally have a QDOBA in Strongsville! The place was spotless and everything tasted fresh and flavorful. I have to give a special shoutout to the employee working the counter—I believe her name was Sage. She did an incredible job and showed the kind of customer service you rarely see these days. That said, I did feel bad for her; it looked like she was handling everything on her own. The man in black (possibly the manager?) didn’t seem to be stepping in to help. Ideally, someone should be working the register while another builds the bowls—she definitely could’ve used a hand. One note: a friend ordered the shrimp and we were expecting it to be grilled, but it wasn’t. Wouldn’t recommend that one. Still, overall, a great experience. I’ll definitely be back!

I stopped going to Chipotle by me bc the portions are absurdly small, and this place was better. I did an online pick-up order, and the food was ready before the quoted time. The free chips and queso for signing up were nice (saving over $5), but the queso was cold. So i didn't really enjoy it. But there were a ton of chips. 2 girls working didn't greet me or even acknowledge me, which was a bit awkward because I was the only person there, and she set the bag on the shelf while I was standing there. I'd definitely come back if I was in the mood for this type of food. I'm done with Chipotle, and there aren't any other options.

So I go to this Qdoba quite often but it has been rapidly declining since opening day. I went there yesterday and the 2 woman on line were very rude but that’s not really surprising at this location. The issue is as I was eating my bowl, something which felt like a small piece of plastic got stuck in the back of my throat in which I tried to drink something(didn’t work). I then went to the bathroom and tried to get it out using my finger which also didn’t work so I essentially just tried to make myself throw up which somehow ALSO did not work. I rushed out of the store because I was quite embarrassed from being a little loud in the bathroom. I resumed to try to get it out with the back of my nail and as it came out it was indeed a small piece of plastic that looked like it came off the corner of some sort of plastic packaging that was cut open. Although I’ve had quite the rollercoaster ride of experiences here, this by far was the most concerning. And no it wasn’t from a silverware wrapper as I used a spoon and they aren’t wrapped in and...

The food was great, but I felt very uncomfortable the way this manager was talking mean to an employee yesterday. I recognize her. Someone said her name is Dina or something. I've seen her do it a couple of times to other employees, and sometimes to customers. But now its getting out of hand and she needs to be fired or replaced. I mean, who talks to poeple like that? I came in around dinner time. She was yelling at someone to do a task. Instead of yelling at them and getting in their face, at least help them out. I don't blame the employee snapping back at her. She was very disrespectful needs to fix her attitude and not talk to people like that.

And what happened to the other managers that worked there? Her name was Nakia. I can't remember the other person but I miss them. They were awesome. They made the place feel more inviting. You need managers like that. Ever since I haven't seen her, things have changed badly and its like eveverything went downhill. These new managers are not it. I definitely would not recommend...

Was so excited when this place opened! I was a huge fan many years ago when they had a few stores open around northeast Ohio. But sadly this store is just not it…the food is still very very good. But the service is a question…they have so many employees working but they don’t have a clue what is going on at all. Half the time they just stand around or need 3 employees at the register to figure it out. They ran out of rice & steak was a 20 minute wait. Which I don’t mind! Totally understand that! My biggest problem was the manager had the ppl in line spread out and had her workers pretend they were working so she could take some pictures to show busy they are. In reality they were busy bc they had no food and we all were in line waiting. I think it’s sad she took pictures that make a restaurant look good, when in reality it was bc they were not doing the job they were supposed to be doing. It’s just a mess by the time you get to the register to pay nobody knows...
