5 years ago this was the place to go for out of date designer leftovers at less than half the price. There was an over abundance of designer clothing to choose from (especially shoes and boots). I loved shopping for things to wear when I would need clothing for modeling but now this store seems to have gone waaay down in quality. Plastic shoes manufactured in sweat shops characterize their shoe and boot palette. Just disgusting quality and limited choices. I am disturbed and unimpressed with the lack of diversity in their shoe and boot selection. I would have equal or better choices at The Salvation Army Thrift Store lately. Today I was at the register, the cashier Amiaya scanned everything very slow and than I gave her my coupon ( that I earned spending money there at least twice a month) . Scanned the coupon and just said “sorry I have to rescan everything (another 10 min). After rescanning everything I asked for my coupon to be applied, her and her coworker said “sorry we can’t apply your coupon, system crushes as soon as we scan it . I have bought many things that end up needing returned, that were broken and not noticed before purchase, or broke shortly after purchase. So now I always take my time to look items over before buying. The inventory has been kind of poor lately. I've made quite a few trips these last several months and either left with nothing or maybe one or two things. I do like the revamped kids section, lots more to choose from.
